A solid wood table and chairs in the dining area provides seating for 8 people. Recently renovated kitchen has all the essentials of home with new appliances, cabinets and granite counter tops.
On the upper floor of the unit, all three bedroom and two bathroom have the following configurations:
Main bedroom with a Queen bed. Second bedroom with two twin beds. Third bedroom also with two twins. Secondary full bathroom in the hallway.
This is a non-smoking and no pets allowed rental.
The Lions Gate complex is located 1 block from the Main Street in downtown Winter Park - a great location! The free town shuttle stops in front of the building.
The property has an outdoor heated pool, indoor hot tubs, game room, locker room with sauna, coin operated laundry and 2 large lounge areas to relax. During the summer months the courtyard offer a common BBQ grill for guests.
All guest are required to use the parking passes from the unit when staying here and have a vehicle.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. The Lions Gate Pines Lodge HOA does not permit guest to have pets or smoking at the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
