Amazing stay

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful location, we really enjoyed ourselves. The only down fall was the constant trains coming through in the early am. Thank you again

Summer Getaway for Partner and I

We enjoyed the Condo Immensely, as the temps were awesome with all the windows open. The size, cleanliness, and bedrooms were incredible. The back balcony was magnificent, with it's cool morning breezes, majestic views, and just a place to sit, enjoy, and be away from busy life. We will go back on another visit.

Clean, great kitchen, nice view, but....

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this condo. It was clean, the kitchen is well equip, and the location is close to the bike path and the bus. A few things to know; it's on the third floor, I got a great work out taking my bike up and down. Not a big deal, just not something I considered when booking. Also something to note; the train tracks are VERY close. We were there on a beautiful warm July weekend and slept with the windows open. The first time the train went through I jumped out of bed quite startled. The next two nights we closed the windows on the back side of the condo, used the ceiling fan, ear plugs, and enjoyed wonderful sleep in a very comfortable bed. One last thing to note; the water/ice in the refrigerator is not for use - bring ice (and water if you're not ok with tap). Knowing now what we learned on this visit ~ we would book again!

Inaccurate description and poor communication

This is a beautiful property and a gorgeous area BUT the description of the number of beds in the condo does not match what we received. Although I believe it is owned by a private owner, they are using a management company and the communication with the management company is very poor. After completing the rental agreement there was no communication from the management company about how to check in and actually get into the unit. We had to call the management company that was about to close for the day to ultimately be given a code to write down to get into the unit. The description of the property says the unit has a pull-out couch so we were planning on having our kids sleep on that bed but there wasn't a pull-out couch in the unit. The TV in the main living area didn't work either. There was a note on the fridge saying the ice maker and water were broken and we were not to use those features. It was incredibly warm in the unit when we arrived (84 degrees). There is no air conditioning in the unit so we opened all the windows but it really struggled to cool off even with the cool mountain air. Maybe this is because this unit is on the top floor of the 3 story building. This wasn't a huge deal because we came to enjoy the outdoors but it's still good information to have as a potential guest. We were also given a code to use a hot tub at a different building. When we went to check it out, there were people renting that unit and it clearly was not available, they were alarmed that other people were given access. So we called the company back around 6:45 PM and we were told there was nothing they can do and that a manager was unavailable so we would have to wait until the next day to have any assistance. This meant our kids were sleeping on the floor for the night. Then we spoke with an off-site maintenance person about the TV and he said that wasn't his problem and that the reservation company is who I should be dealing with. After another call to the management company, they said they would send someone the next morning to take a look. No one showed up the next morning so I had to call again until they finally sent someone out by 4 PM the next day but they were not able to figure out what was wrong with the TV and said it must be defective. So I called the management company back and was told there was nothing they could do because a manager was not available. I left a message for the manager but never received a callback.
