I would not rent this property again. The kitchen had many problems; food left in small oven, large side of oven inoperable, trash compactor was filthy, coffee pot did not fit in maker, knobs on cabinets missing, light bulbs out, broken window coverings. Upstairs bathrooms had broken electrical outlets. Outside; the pond was empty, piles of Astro turf were in the backyard, dead plants, weeds all over the tennis court. The pictures in the listing did not portray what we got!

Family reunion in Lodi

Nice house and property, roomy, equipped with what we needed (including two outdoor charcoal grills, minimal furniture but extra chairs and card table in garage), a/c kept us reasonably cool on 105+ degree days (once we sorted out the filters), great for hosting visits of family in the area. Nice to watch the old warbird planes two mornings (but unfortunate that they woke us at sunrise taking off and landing at the nearby tiny airstrip).

Huge & clean but rundown & missing items

My family was happy with the size and cleanliness of the property but it was not as kept up as shown in the photos. The front & backyards had huge weeds & dead plants, the play equipment had boards missing and nails exposed, outside furniture was torn and dirty, the living room TV did not work, doors on cabinets fell off and knobs were missing, clogged & filled toilet when we arrived,and the towels were scarce and dirty looking, the internet was spotty, not enough cups/glasses, no kleenex, no shampoo or shower soap. The location was tricky to find, even though directions were given to us, and we upset the neighbors trying to get there.

Great stay in beautiful location!

The home and property is beautiful and was perfect for myself and 10 other guests. The host is very communicative and made check in/check out very easy!

This property had beautiful views

Perfect views of sunrise and sunset over the vineyard Owner response is very quick The beds were ok. The kitchen was amazing Loved the fireplace in the living room. Couldn’t figure out how to use the fireplace in the master. A guest info or instruction binder with details on how to operate things etc. and local stores and restaurants would have been nice. But we figured most things out without one. I really enjoyed this house 💕 Can’t wait to stay here again.
