Top notch Kiawah
Have been to Kiawah several times before. This is first VRBO time. Condo was very nice with beach side location. Fully equipped. Clean and comfortable. Sixth floor location has great views of beach and the Sanctuary Hotel.
Great Week at the Beach
We had a wonderful week in Kiawah, the condo was wonderful. It was clean and in a great location. Easy access to the beach and all of the amenities of the island. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

Wish it would have been better..
We stayed at this property on Memorial Day weekend. We had a few issues with the condo that we immediately contacted the owner about the first morning. We did not get a response until much later in the day and we were told that the issues could not be taken care of for another TWO DAYS since it was a holiday weekend. Supposedly property managers were not allowed on the property on Memorial Day. If we would have been contacted earlier in the day when we first called then maybe our stay would have been more pleasant. The property has a great location and view. There was a lot of dust in vents, lamp shades, throw blankets. The coffee maker was broken which doesn't make the start of a day on vacation any fun. The whole condo was so hot and didn't cool down until late in the day despite being set on a low temp. We will look elsewhere when we return to Kiawah.
These guests contacted the owner instead of the property manager ( clearly outlined in the entry documention, and listed in informative book in villa), with a coffee maker issue. It was unfortunate that these guests reached out to the owner, who is many hundreds of miles away and was at son's graduation that day, instead of the property manager, who is local, as this issue would have been resolved Sunday.
Exceptional Beach Vacation - Beautiful Ocean View, Easy Beach Access, Comfortable Accomodations
We had a wonderful experience in Kiawah and it was because of the amazing location of this beach front property. Every morning we awoke to a magnificent sunrise and ate breakfast on the outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean. The short walk to the beach was ideal for our family with two young kids. The beach is very kid friendly with plenty of space for activities and fun. We were able to rent bikes nearby and enjoyed the lush trails even spotting a few crocodiles and herons along the path. We even rode a portion on the beach during low tide which was incredible. The food nearby was also a major highlight. We took a short drive to eat dinner at the Ryder Cup Bar at the Ocean Course and to watch the sunset. We also took advantage of the short walk to the Sactuary restaurant Jasmine Porch. Each evening after the sunset we would relax on the balcony and look up at the stars. We saw multiple shooting stars which made our stay that much more magical. The home and kitchen are well appointed and very comfortable. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Don’t even bother looking at other houses as this place has everything you need.
