La Jolla Real is an Ocean Front Condominium complex in Rosarito. Our location is 45 minutes south of San Diego and just 5 minutes to downtown Rosarito. You will be able to let yourself be drawn into relaxation by the murmur of the waves and the most spectacular ocean view as you watch dolphins pass by on their daily swim. Enjoy our pools and jacuzzis along our terraces overlooking the ocean, a semi-private beach the perfect location to enjoy some time with friends and family.

This Oceanfront Apartment/Condo offers 2 bedroom/2 bath, located on the 1st floor. With a living space of 1,300 sqft to enjoy. The condo is completely furnished with a very beachy style. The living room and kitchen area have windows offering panoramic views. It also opens to large balcony where you'll indulged amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. For sleeping arrangements, the master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed with its access to the balcony, and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The guest bathroom in the hall. You can have extra bedding in the living room on the couch to sleep an additional guest.

Excellent Property

A very comfortable condo with a impressively Stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer worked perfectly, dishwasher not at all. We’d return.
