This place was mostly as described. It was a little dirty and you could tell it’s been used but nothing overtly bad. Reminded us of our house in college but cleaner than your average college house. All in all, not bad for nights during a work trip.

Good stay in Tampa

Was able to stay a night in Tampa at this property and was happy with everything. Andres was our host and was quick to respond to our request for a late checkout. The house was as advertised and in a good neighborhood. Overall good experience and would stay there again.

Great house in a nice area

House was clean and had everything we needed (cups, plates, towels, toiletries, etc) . Andres, the property manager, was very helpful. Would book this house again.

Everything was great other than the fact that they smoked cigarettes inside the house and we ask all the guests to smoke in the enclosed florida room or outside. Other than that they were pretty good guests.

The house is very cute, pictures are accurate. The Google map from the site pins to the wrong house so check-in at night we went to the wrong house because the house number is not lit up. Needs PEST control, numerous hornet nests at the front door and we had to deal with large cockroaches during our 3 day stay. I would stay again besides the cockroaches

Coralee you are saying yourself that you would stay again, but you’re giving us a 4 out of 10? We do pest control regularly at all of our properties, so if you found a couple roaches. It could not been nearly as bad as you make it sound to be. You know there is a lot of good things about this house and that’s why you even said that you would stay here again, but please DON’T. We don’t need guests that are going to be highly critical of any little thing wrong with the house and not appreciate at all the good thing about our work. P.S. you could have mentioned the roaches to us and we could had gotten the pest control there the same day.

“Nice Stay Overall, Just Needs a Little More Attention to Cleanliness”

Fortunately I had great communication with the host and was even allowed an earlier check in / check out time. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with the cleaning staff and it had not been cleaned from the prior guest. Host handled the situation expeditiously, however there were a few bugs in one of the bedrooms. Location was great for the event we were attending and minus the exceptions listed above the house and stay was pleasant.

Just a place to sleep.

There was a plumbing issue, that wasn't handled the first time and happened with the previous guests. There was toddler clothing under the couch cushions, sucker stuck to the coffee filters, nails coming up from the master bath door, he acted like he didn't know why Netflix asked for a pin, so we never could use the TVs...it was not clean and I asked what cleaning was paid for, and never given any discount or anything for any of it. We'll stick with a hotel next time.

I booked on Oct 1st, $255 was taken out of my account Oct 3rd and Oct 7th less than 24 hrs before our confirmed stay we were notified it was double booked and our stay was CANCELED! It is now Oct 10 and I still do not have a refund!
