Luxurious Fairway Condo Resort

Condo has been totally renovated from top to bottom. There is artwork throughout and the light grey tile is relaxing. The walls are also a light grey and living room has a tiled accent wall. There is 2-space parking, one covered. There is an extra storage closet and washer/dryer outside. The master bedroom has a king bed with power and USB ports in both bedside stands. Good closet space.
Bathroom has been tiled in a beautiful blue and grey pattern with good lighting.
Smart TV with Netflix, HBO, Showtime in master.
2nd bedroom has a comfortable double/queen bed with desk and chair. Good closet space with hanging storage.
Kitchen is well stocked with new induction oven, fridge, microwave, single large sink, and dishwasher. The large quartz counter has swivel chairs to seat 4.
Living room has a large couch and 2 oversized loveseats. Smart TV, storage and dining table seats 4.
The patio faces a long and wide fairway and has a fire table that seats 6, and a large grill. The resort has 900 units and 21 pools. The closest pool is across the street!

Palm Desert Sunshine

The Resorter is an excellent destination. Walking, golfing, sunning at the pool made a great winter vacation. Going out or eating in were both wonderful options. This updated property was wonderful in all aspects and renting it was seamless throughout the process.

Fantastic Condo In Palm Desert

We just returned from a weekend stay at this 2-bedroom condo with our children and can't say enough nice things about it - beautifully renovated, incredibly clean and well appointed. The owner was very responsive and check-in/check-out instructions were easy to follow. She has truly thought of everything to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.Golf community is also well maintained and it was warm enough to enjoy a few of the many heated pools located throughout the development. This place is a gem. Hope to return again soon !

Great condo in Palm Desert

Let's start with the good. This was a great condo in a gated golf community near relatives for the Thanksgiving holiday week. The home was clean, spacious for a two bedroom, and well stocked with everything we could have needed. Comfortable and everything worked as described. The only negative I had was the initial map location is wrong and showed the property on the next block, which is where our relatives lived so we thought we were in the same community during our stay. After you book, the location on the next map changes and we realized we were not in the same community but the next one over about a mile away. Aside from this location error this is a definate 5 start stay and we had no complaints. It was excellent and we would gladly stay again.

A Delightful Oasis in Palm Desert

This property is exactly like the pictures show and looks out onto a lovely green golf course. It is in a gated and fully secure community with lovely walking areas and a restaurant on the property. The swimming pool and hot tub are just across the street. It is a heated pool with lots of lounge chairs and is in a fenced in area. Very clean and relaxing. The newly renovated condo has new appliances, lovely stove , large fridge and dishwasher. It is a fully stocked kitchen with cook ware, dishes, and everything you need to make your own meals. The king size bed was exceptionally comfortable. Lots of blankets and extra sheets are provided. A set of Patio doors look out onto the golf course from the bedroom. A smaller second bedroom is nice for a guest with a small desk and bedside table. The bathroom is fully renovated with lots of fresh towels and a walk in shower. Pool towels are provided. The living room has three comfy couches and nice lighting. Kathleen is an exceptional host and a very good communicator. She communicated well and gave us lots of valuable information about the area. She gave us our space but was quick to answer any questions we had. This is a very quiet and restful place with activities like golfing, swimming, and pickle ball. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this one is a gem. We highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Kathleen for all of your help and kindness.
