The entire space is included in this rental, including 2 living rooms , 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, kitchenette, a pool table, laundry room, private balconies, and parking space for up to 5 standard size vehicles, the only shared area is the pool, the pool is shared with other guests in the duplex
The pool is open between 9am-11pm 7 days a week (the pool is not heated)
The pool is shared with other homes in the duplex.
The pool is cleaned on a daily basis in the summertime
The guest is required to follow the pool rules!

Elevator Access Notice
If you made your reservation before June 1st, 2025, the elevator will be available during your stay as originally listed.
For any reservations made after June 1st, 2025, the elevator will not be available, even if it appears to be operational. It will may be locked and will not be serviced, repaired, or opened under any circumstances.
Ice maker:
these components are often the first to malfunction in refrigerators, especially with frequent use. Please note that we are not responsible if the ice maker is not working during your stay. In most cases, repairing the ice maker would require replacing the entire refrigerator, which isn’t practical.
The ice maker is not listed as part of the included amenities, so it is not guaranteed.
Property layout, appliances, décor, wall colors, flooring, improvements, and major changes are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Please note, the elevator is not guaranteed for transporting luggage or for use by individuals who do not require mobility assistance, even for reservations made before June 1st, 2025. For any reservations made after June 1st, 2025, the elevator will not be guaranteed or provided under any circumstances, regardless of guests' needs.
Elevator Notice
The elevator is only available for guests who booked before June 1st, 2025. Any reservations made after this date will not include elevator access unless an additional fee is paid.
The elevator is not part of the standard amenities. To use it, the booking guest must pay an additional fee of $250 for the entire stay, which will be added after the reservation is made. If no payment is received, the elevator will remain locked.
Residential elevators are complex and sensitive to misuse. Even if the fee is paid, we only guarantee the elevator’s functionality at check-in — we do not cover repairs for damage caused by misuse, heavy lifting, or luggage.
Important:
The elevator is for human use only. Do not use it for luggage, furniture, or other heavy items.
