This home will check off all the boxes on your vacation home wish list such as a perfect location, jaw-dropping lake views, stunning sunsets, a gentle lot, an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, a rec room, and a community pool.

The open and airy main level is the perfect gathering place for the whole family. Enjoy the lake views from every angle through the large windows and French doors that perfectly frame Smith Mountain Lake. Off the foyer is a den that is ideal for family board games, chess, or a puzzle. Grab a blanket and get comfy on the sectional in front of the soaring stone fireplace and TV. The living room has grand cathedral ceilings and naturally flows into the dining room. The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides lots of storage and additional seating at the island. Open the French doors off the dining room or living room to a deck that offers an abundance of furniture and a gas grill that is perfect for outdoor dining. The main level is completed with a half bath, laundry room, and romantic primary suite. The primary suite features lake views from bed, a rock fireplace, a large walk-in shower, and French doors leading out onto the back deck.

Head upstairs to two guest bedrooms and a full guest bath.

On the lower level, you have another guest bedroom and a full guest bath. For the ultimate in indoor entertainment, there is a large game room downstairs where you can choose to challenge your friends and family in a game of ping-pong, pool, darts, foosball, stand-up arcade games, or board games! There’s also a seating area with comfortable sofas surrounding the TV.

The lower-level French doors open to a large covered patio. The gentle lawn will lead you to the private boat dock with a party deck, floater, and covered boat slip (use of lift prohibited). There are lounge chairs on the dock for sunbathing, cleats to tie up your boat, and a two-person kayak to enjoy. Also, there is a firepit for late-night s'mores!

This property is conveniently located, offering a short boat or car ride to all local attractions. You can find this gem in the Village East Community, which offers great amenities such as a community pool, tennis and basketball courts, a boat launch, and boat trailer parking!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
