About this property

Cozy, yet spacious, this one bedroom flat is set over two levels of a Victorian London house conversion with a large separate kitchen and good sized bathroom. There is a decked area of outside space [OUR UNOFFICIAL TERRACE IS HIGH UP WITH NO RAILINGS - ACCESSED FOR MAINTENANCE ONLY. ANY USE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK]. The property is accessed via a shared hallway leading up stairs to the 1st Floor. The flat is full of character and is tastefully and newly decorated. We have the basic amenities someone may want for a short stopover. The location in the heart of West London offers easy access for Wembley Stadium / Arena, Notting Hill, Westfield Shopping Complex, Park Royal and much more. There are also great transport links for access to Central London attractions. Our apartment would suit a professional person or a couple. The local area is full of multi-cultural vibrancy with a bustling high street just at top of our residential road. As hosts we like to help, so please ask any questions you may have.

Excellent property

The property overall was fantastic, very clean and tidy and with plenty of facilities to ensure a comfortable stay and the host was extremely organised and responsive , the only downside would be the house was a little warm, however a small fan is provided which served its purpose.

Great Stay

This property was everything I needed while I was staying in London for a concert. It was easily accessible to public transport and the actual place was very comfortable and was exactly what I was expecting. The owners were excellent communicators and helped with any questions I had prior to my arrival. Highly recommend staying here if you need a nice place to stay out of the busy city.

Wonderful Hosts, Great Service/Communication

This property in Harlesden has many wonderful qualities and having a flat to yourself in the outskirts of London is fantastic. We loved the privacy of having a private bathroom, kitchen, and washer. Tim and Jessica are wonderful hosts and very attentive. The communication was fabulous, and Tim even sent videos on how to use the amenities of the property. The neighborhood is international and has a bit more of an edgy feel. The walk to the train station was about 10 minutes and there are several buses nearby to take you to central London (about 30 minutes to Central London) or Wembley Stadium (10-15 min). Definitely consider this property, especially if you are comfortable with the neighborhood/location. Thank you, Jess and Tim!

I used to live in this flat when working for the BBC which was close by and I am very fond of it. I have been selectively renting it out for over two years now and have had many positive guest experiences.

Why they chose this property

The flat is located in a real area where Londoners live and work - it's not a gentrified touristy area, hence we can offer an entire interesting apartment for less money than you'd pay for a cheap and small London priced hotel room ! Whilst some of the internals are not brand new and basic they are fully functional and the apartment has a lovely feel and atmosphere.
