This is a beautiful and family friendly 3 bedroom condo at the fun Sports Village. With 6 beds, this condo comfortably sleeps 10. A large, shady deck with a stunning view of the St. George valley makes this unit extra special and provides a lovely place to visit, relax, and dine with family and friends.
Amenities include 2 large pools with hot tubs, Pickleball /Tennis courts, shuffleboard, playground, basketball courts, and a clubhouse with pool tables, table tennis, indoor racquetball court and a workout room.
This condo is only minutes from downtown St. George and is 8 miles from Snow Canyon State Park, and 40 miles from Zion National Park. Beautiful biking/hiking trails only 1 block away.
This condo is stocked with everything you need for a perfect family vacation, including bath towels, swim towels, bedding, fully stocked kitchen, large washer/dryer.

Immaculate, well maintained and tastefully furnished. Amazing views from the large balcony. Property offers pool, pickleball, tennis and an indoor mini golf course. We loved our stay and would be happy to make this our go-to condo when we are in the area.

Great deck with view

An older property but clean and cozy. We loved the deck with outdoor furniture including table with chairs. 2 big couches with big screen tv gave enough room for people to watch movies.

Rachael’s condo is amazing. It’s in a great location and has stunning views. It’s clean, well equipped and really has everything you will need. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Great place to stay!

The property was clean and comfortable. I thought the beds and pillows in the master bedroom were super comfy. It was also a great location quiet, but also lots of fun things to do. We swam, sat in the hut tub, played pickleball, miniature golf and pool. The owner was also easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our questions. I would definitely recommend.

Nice property with some perks

The place was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need. The clubhouse was fun, but didn't seem quite what we expected. They gym was tiny with rather old equipment. But the pools and outdoor courts were great. Nice place for our family to stay.

Great deck and location

This property was very comfortable with a great living space and stunning deck. Kitchen was a bit older but perfectly functional. Appreciate being able to bring our dog. Comfortable bedrooms. The garage is not very secure but this is something the owner offered extra and is not routinely included with the rental. Some windows missing mechanism to open them and no screens in any of the windows or patio doors.

There was a mixup regarding our stay and the property was not clean upon our arrival from the previous guests. Condo is old and hasn’t had much maintenance done on it. Stay was ok but wouldn’t rent again.

Amazing condo

We absolutely loved this condo. This is a top floor unit with awesome views. The Sports Village is a great resort. This condo is right across the street from the Clubhouse and amenities. The staff at the Clubhouse were amazing and friendly. The pool was a perfect temperature and even on the windier days our kids enjoyed swimming. We used the basketball court, volleyball court and the pickleball courts. They were all very clean and made our trip so much fun. The lawns and outside areas were clean and kept up very well. Inside our condo we had tons of room where everyone could have their own space. Every single bed is extremely comfortable, we all slept so well. The entrance to the condo has a large landing area that was nice where we could all keep our shoes in one spot. Having a washer and dryer make it nice to be able to do laundry when staying for a long time. The kitchen and living room are so open and nice to spend time together when we were inside, but we spent a lot of time outside. We will definitely be staying here again when we are back down in St George.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! We had 2 kids (ages 10 and 14), grandparents and 2 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool, pickle ball and club house amenity. I would recommend this condo and will book again!
