This executive home features 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and open-concept living area that leads out to your private outdoor patio, grill, and POOL!



You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer, baby crib, highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. Please feel free to use all! Also



Our back yard is absolutely PERFECT- entirely fenced off, complete with the beautiful free-form pool, sitting/dining area, and Hammock.



Also, if you have a few visits during the day, feel free to park on the street. You can fit 2 cars in the driveway and 2 on the street, so you won’t have any problems during your stay!



Lake Hubbard is less than 5 minutes away from our home!

- Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful, stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.

We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.



- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -



Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged.



- ADDITIONAL BEDROOM



The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 12+ guests, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.



- ENTERTAINMENT -



All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.



- NO INDOOR SMOKING -



Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.



- POOL AND HOT TUB -



The pool/hot tub is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool guy will enter using the backyard door.

- LANDSCAPING -



The landscaper goes once a week.



- SECURITY CAMERAS -



For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -



Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.



- PEST CONTROL -



This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.
