Over all the property was nice. I feel like the outside patio needed major attention. It needed to be cleaned and new cushions. I know it's not the condo owners place to clean the front and back staircases but they were horrible! Over all it was nice. Check in and out was really easy.

Vrbo didn’t send us the code or WiFi information. The home was not cleaned thoroughly. There was sand and food crumbs in the couch. A random sandal under a bed and dust on most of the dressers. We were missing a tv remote but the host was able to take care of that quickly. Overall it was a decent stay. We had plenty of room for a family of 5. The location was good. The host was kind and responsive to messages.

It is the perfect location and charming character with great view. Great music from locals on the balcony. Great food, shops and coffee. This location is the perfect centralized spot for all island and day to day needs. The condo was warm, cozy, and inviting. Highly recommended perfect for families with small children.

The location of this condo is really great! We were a group ranging from 7-55 years old and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider this condo again if we were coming back to Corpus Christi.

Loved the location!!

We really liked the place. It is a little dated, but it’s not bad. Location is great (only about 10 minutes to Mustang Island). If I ever had any questions Kyle was very easy to communicate with. Overall, we would stay here again.
