Extremely neat, clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable! Loved the two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen was stocked well and much better than other vrbo homes we have stayed in. Owner was quick to respond and take care of a request from us! Will definitely stay here again!

Lexington Getaway

We enjoyed several distillery tours & a day at Keeneland. Great fun & great laughs. Our stay at Southern Charm was perfect, and Jennifer was a fabulous host. Would definitely stay here again. Very appreciative of the special welcome she provided our friend who was celebrating her birthday.

Super Convenient !!!

We needed a place to stay for a few days while our daughter had orientation at UK. This house was perfect in every way. Close to campus, clean, plenty of linens and a pull out bed if needed. Thank you !

Clean, Safe, Convenient

Location was perfect for day trips to area attractions, shopping, UK, and the medical district. Neighborhood was very quiet and secure. The host provided everything - snacks, coffee, extra cleaning supplies, and plenty of linens. The unit is very clean, spacious, and has lots of amenities. The host was extremely helpful, responding within minutes to any request. This was the best vacation rental we've used; we'd book this site again.

Absolutely perfect place

A true gem of a place.... We selected this location to be close to the UKy campus. And boy was it ever. We were in town to move our daughter into school for the first time. Upon arrival the place was super clean, smelled great and welcoming. Checkin and out was a breeze. We had plenty of room for our family to spread out, beds were comfy, linens were fresh and fluffy! My kids loved the complementary snacks on the table, and we loved the k-pods for morning coffee. The kitchen was nicely stocked to make a good meal. The decor throughout the house was perfect. Throughout our stay my family kept saying what a great place it was. It made my oldest, who was going to college, feel like she was still at home on her last night before officially moving onto campus. The morning before we left we were able to take a nice walk from the house around campus, which was perfect before getting back on the road to drive home 6 hours. The owners were responsive and super nice to deal with. I will be renting from here again! 10 stars all around!!

Loved Lexington

This was our first trip to Lexington. We enjoyed the condo’s spaciousness and cleanliness. The location was very close to the U of K campus as well as the other locations we wanted to visit. Perhaps because we were there between the regular school year and summer school, it was very quiet in the little condo community as well as on campus. Parking was easy, which I always appreciate. Communication with the property owner was easy and fast since I always have questions about accessibility. We had a great short but very comfortable stay.

Great Time in Lexington

We were visiting Lexington for a long weekend and enjoyed our stay. Jennifer was an excellent host, and communication was great. I would recommend staying here. We visited many of the local distilleries and horse farms during our stay, and Jennifer made several wonderful recommendations for eating out. The location was good, and if you are coming for anything to do with visiting the university, it is a great location.
