The space
Our studio suite is fully equipped with all you’d need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, stainless steel appliances and a Keurig for fresh coffee. Our High speed WiFi can be used with the Smart Roku TV including apps like Hulu, Prime, and Netflix to name a few! Enjoy the freedom of signing in using your login credentials to watch all your favorite shows! The location couldn’t get any better being only 5 Miles from Uptown and the CLT City Center. Long Term Stays Welcome!

Standard toiletries are provided including bathroom tissue, body wash, and hand soap to use at your leisure. Two Beach towels are also provided for use at the pool.

Underwhelmed

Great location. Clean building. Friendly staff and building neighbors. Very safe and secure. Check in/out was a breeze. But the apartment was anything but 5 star. Broken blinds. Y paper holder broken. Poor lighting including cheap table lamps. No dresser for clothes. Furniture was outdated and uncomfortable except for the bed which was very comfortable. Would not stay here again. First time VRBO has not delivered. If I thought I could’ve gotten a refund, I would’ve immediately checked out.

Cute studio

Clean and exactly as pictured. Everything you will need is in the studio.There is a very nice garden/ patio area on the third floor. Valet trash pickup and parking garage. The location is really convenient to major roads but tucked away for a neighborhood feel. It is 900 ft from a small shopping area with a bookstore, restaurants, & specialty shops. Nice place to walk around.
