Dine down at the beach or on the spacious deck. The large master bedroom, with a brand new mattress and a live edge desk opens up to its own second floor deck with rocking chairs. Two small bedrooms with oversized twin mattresses’ complete the second floor. The main floor is open style with dining, living and kitchen all connected, all with breathtaking views. Full walk out basement comes with another futon that sleeps two, along with another work desk and treadmill. This idyllic location is being rented for the first time and is a short drive to Northampton, the five colleges or to the Berkshires. Enjoy all the amenities at your own risk. This renovated home comes with a full house generator and is located next to the dam on a paved road for easy access, so it can now be enjoyed all year long..

Peaceful and Beautiful Getaway

We stayed here for 9 days with our daughter while she was recovering from surgery. It was amazing! The home was very comfortable, clean and well-stocked (linens, pots and pans, etc.) The owners were flexible and kind. And the views of the lake were absolutely stunning. We hope to return again under better circumstances - thank you!

Summer break by the lake

Wonderful, relaxing experience. It was exactly what we wanted when we said “lake life”. Beautiful setting, wonderful home w great amenities. Charming, personable and extremely gracious hosts!

Waterfront Oasis

Waterfront Oasis is an apt description of this beautiful property. This roomy 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has a spectacular view of a private lake. The house was so well-equipped we could host a dinner party and had access to a canoe, kayaks and paddle boards. The owners live next door and addressed any questions or minor concerns immediately. We could not have selected a more perfect or setting for our vacation. We will be back!

Best Week Ever

I was fortunate to stay here in preparation for my wedding, which was the last night of my stay. The views throughout the house were breathtaking but the hospitality of the hosts was other worldly. Anna was there every day asking if we needed something or leaving some food by the door (the night of our wedding, we came home to a bottle of champagne). A wedding is a moment in your life you’ll never forget and as much as I’ll think about that day forever, I’ll also think of my wonderful stay at this home
