The layout of this home provides multiple living spaces including a traditional living room with a fireplace and TV, as well as a private room with a couch and TV. The open air garage has been converted into a third lounging place with comfortable furniture and family friendly games (corn hole, ring toss and board games). The custom kitchen boasts beautiful cabinetry, a gas stove, all the equipment needed for at home cooking and an attached dining space. The master bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite bath. The additional two bedrooms feature 1 king, 1 queen and share a detached bath. The second living room can easily be converted into a fourth bedroom with a queen size pullout from ambiente (luxury pullout couch, as comfortable as a real bed)! There is a washer and dryer on site and abundant parking for several cars in the roundabout driveway. RV parking is available as well (no hookup).
