About this property

Blue View II - 15 minutes to downtown Asheville

Sweeping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a sprawling backyard, fire pit and custom kitchen are just a few of the highlights of this newly renovated mountain home. Located 5 minutes from downtown Weaverville and 15 from downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway, you'll have easy access to all AVL has to offer. Enjoy sitting by the fireplace with your coffee, or on the comfy outdoor couches with an evening cocktail. Gather around the fire pit for s'mores and corn hole under the stars.

The layout of this home provides multiple living spaces including a traditional living room with a fireplace and TV, as well as a private room with a couch and TV. The open air garage has been converted into a third lounging place with comfortable furniture and family friendly games (corn hole, ring toss and board games). The custom kitchen boasts beautiful cabinetry, a gas stove, all the equipment needed for at home cooking and an attached dining space. The master bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite bath. The additional two bedrooms feature 1 king, 1 queen and share a detached bath. The second living room can easily be converted into a fourth bedroom with a queen size pullout from ambiente (luxury pullout couch, as comfortable as a real bed)! There is a washer and dryer on site and abundant parking for several cars in the roundabout driveway. RV parking is available as well (no hookup). The lower part of the yard near the babbling brook is spacious and flat. Please reach out to us for any small event inquiries. The serene mountain setting and spacious surroundings lead to ease and relaxation at your home away from home.

Downtown Weaverville and its charming shops and restaurants are just 5 minutes away. The nearest grocery store (ingles) is 2 miles away. The surrounding area features beautiful rolling hills and the Blue Ridge Mountains. You may see a fox, bear or wild turkeys roaming the area. Nearby activities include 6 golf courses, hiking, waterfalls, skiing, and sightseeing on the Blue Ridge Parkway. There are over 60 breweries to visit in Asheville, and 2 in downtown Weaverville. Explore Asheville’s incredible restaurants and don't forget to stop by Weaverville’s own Stoney Knob Cafe, Glass Onion Italian, and The Other Guy for coffee.

Very nice
This home is a very nice place to stay. We had one disabled person and it is extremely friendly to a handicapped person. Plenty of space to move around with a walker or wheelchair. It was clean, plenty of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very prompt responses to any issue. I recommend this home for a stay. Again, it was a very nice place to stay.

Wedding Weekend
Our family of 6 was in town for a wedding. The house was very clean, updated, in a quiet neighborhood and close to a lot of amenities. We really enjoyed the house, and Christy was great to work with.

Great Stay in Weaverville
Was in town for my son's Wedding Shower . Stayed at the house with another couple and their 3 y.o. and 9 month old. Perfect layout for us. The kids enjoyed the room and the big yard to play in. Weaverville was a great 2 mile ride for meals. Beautiful renovated house.

Nice place to stay in Weaverville
The house was very nice and spacious. The nicest kitchen pots and pans we have seen in a rental, with no Teflon. Furniture was modern and nice. Beds were comfortable. It was close to Weaverville, but you could not walk to town. The location was quiet and peaceful except for weekday mornings when there was quite a bit of traffic noise.
