Inside, this spacious home features two master bedrooms with en suites, one on each floor, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. Additionally, there's a third bedroom with a queen-size bed and a fourth bedroom equipped with a set of bunk beds and a pull-out chair, perfect for families or larger groups. With three full bathrooms and one half bath, there's plenty of space for everyone to freshen up after a day of adventure.
The main floor boasts a modern, open-concept living area with ample seating around a cozy gas fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings in. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, gas stove, and farmhouse-style sink, invites you to prepare delicious meals with ease.
Step outside onto the large covered front porch, furnished with comfortable seating, or head to the backyard to soak in the private hot tub while enjoying stunning sunset views of Little Pisgah and Bearwallow Mountains. Overall good spot, worked well for our needs (close to family). Horrible water pressure… like, the worst I’ve ever had. Very simple kitchen amenities but they sufficed for our needs.

We came in for a girls trip and had a fun time! It was a great location to downtown Asheville as well as hiking. Bedrooms are spacious and the hot tub was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Lacrosse Tournament Travel and loved King of the Hill

When you walk in it feels like home away from home. Everything is clean and fresh. The location is perfect as it was 15 min from every direction we wanted to go in. We would definitely stay here again.

The best!

We had the best time staying here for my husband’s birthday. It was the perfect distance to downtown Asheville, but still close to other places. Travis was awesome at communicating with us as well. We would love to come back.

Lovely property, good location!

We absolutely loved staying in this new property. Everything was new and so clean. The whole neighborhood is new construction and up on a hill with a nice view especially from the hot tub! We were exploring Ashville for the first time and felt like the location was really convenient. We will absolutely stay here again!

Great stay for 8 of us for our O40 team. Nice house with plenty of room and a hot tub. The AC wasn't working when we got there, but the communication with the manager was easy and she got it working by the next day.

Our overall impression of the property was wonderful. The house was spacious for seven of us.All the starter supplies were ample. Some of us enjoyed the hot tub. The location was perfect to go into Asheville and the Biltmore. We would definitely comeback.

We love Asheville

The property/neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The location was great!! The most important thing to me is communication. There were a few spots missed with the cleaning and I believe the owner, Carolyn, was quick to respond and offered to send someone over to rectify the issue. The space was great In the house. Overall We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and can’t wait to come back!!

New Years Stay

Our group of 9 had a great time staying here for our new years trip! Everything was exactly as described, clean, and updated. It was only a 12 - 15 drive into the city. The only callouts are that it is very close to other houses with residents that live there full time, and there’s not a lot of table seating. Otherwise it was perfect and we would definitely stay again!

Great Escape

We had a great weekend at the King of the Hill. Convenient location to Asheville and the Biltmore and a grocery store is close by too. The home was clean and well appointed. The listing states that the home has a TV in the master bedroom on the main level but there is no TV in that bedroom; the home has 1 TV located in the living room. The only thing that would have made our stay more enjoyable was having a TV in each bedroom. We definitely recommend this vacation property!

Great space and location

The house comfortably accommodated our 2 families (4 adults and 3 children). The location was excellent! We were 15 minutes from downtown and Biltmore. Kitchen is under stocked. Not much of a yard, but there is a common space within walking distance. We had to fill the hot tub with water because it wasn’t full enough to heat properly. Once we filled it it heated right up. The construction noise was minimal. We would stay here again.

Wagner visit

It was lovely. It could have used larger pots in the kitchen, only had small sauce pans and small fry pans. It could have used a large pot to boil pasta. Two of the TV’s upstairs did not work needed batteries in the remote. Otherwise very lovely.
