About this property

We just purchased this beautiful 2 BR, 2 BA condo which sleeps 6, and we look forward to sharing it with you.

Location, location, location! The condo is just a short 5-minute walk to the Snowflake Lift (access to Peak 8 and Peak 9) (there's a walking path behind Blue Sky that will take you right to the lift) and/or a 7 minute walk to the Beaver Run Super-chair (access to Peak 9). In addition, a 10-15 minute walk gets you to all the wonderful restaurants and shops in downtown Breckenridge or you can take advantage of the Breck Free Ride bus service, which is only a 2 minute walk from the condo (the bus stop is directly outside the condo complex ).

There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has full-size bunks. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room and a nice work area (if you have to work while on vacation).

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout, and there are TVs in the living room and both bedrooms with full access to all Dish Network channels as well as free access to Netflix (on living room TV).

Relax in the Los Pinos hot tub or take advantage of free access to a large heated indoor and outdoor pool a short drive or 5-minute walk.

The condo is on the second floor directly above a private garage with space for a mid-size car and all your ski/snowboard gear. There is also a second parking spot directly outside the garage.

Spring Skiing

Our family of four had a great stay. The condo was quiet and close to the slopes and to town. Communication was exceptional throughout the prep, check-in and check-it process. The crew at Charter Sports at the base of the Snowflake life took good care of us, too!

Best vacation ever!

This was our first ever ski/snowboard vacation for our family. Breckenridge was absolutely beautiful and this "Snowflake Condo" made the trip perfect. The location near the bus stop made getting to the slopes and downtown easy and effortless. (Once we figured out the routes). Having the garage with boot dryers made things easy to store our gear and reset for the next day on the slopes. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The only thing we need to buy, was the food we consumed. Omri (owner) was always ahead of the game with his communication and available to us if we had any issues. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with our experience and we will definitely look to stay at this condo again when we come back for future vacations.

Snowflake Oasis!

This property is outstanding - so close to Snowflake Lift and Rental Shop for all your snow sport needs, as well as to a bus stop for the easy to navigate city bus system or an easy 12 min walk to town. The fireplace and living room are spacious but cozy for downtime after hitting the slopes. The kitchen is stocked (plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans) for all your cooking needs if you choose to eat in (there's even a full grill on the balcony!) and the dining room table is a great size. The screened sliding glass doors allow for a beautiful breeze and the heated floor in the bathroom is a wonderful feature! Beaver Run is one stop (2 mins) on the bus away if you want to try a different Peak that is easy to get to! Lots of board game options for family game nights, too! The Owner and Property Manager were easy to reach and very pleasant! Our family absolutely loved this property and cannot wait to return!
