- With two separate suites, this unit is perfect for a two family holiday. - One suite has a king bed, the other suite has a Queen bed and a Full over Full Bunkbed. Mattresses were recently replaced. - Soak in one of the complex's hot tubs after a long day on the slopes or use the steam shower in the condo to relax at the end of the day. - Use the full well-stocked kitchen to cook up a gourmet meal or leave the cooking to someone else and walk to one of over 20+ restaurants less than five minutes away. - Feel free to pack light and carry-on your luggage; we have the largest washer and dryer in Summit County in our condo so save the airline fees and ensure your bags make it to Breckenridge with you. - We have great wifi suitable for working from the unit. - Kid Friendly; with some games and toys. - Take a short walk to the Upper Valley Pool Complex and enjoy two huge outdoor hot-tubs, an indoor hot tub, and an indoor/outdoor pool heated to 90 degrees year-round.

We had a perfect stay here & were very grateful to Jason for making the process easy. We were the first to stay here after a remodel so all new carpet, appliances, kitchens/bath. The location was ideal for our family of 5 because we could walk to everything in Breckenridge. We'd love to stay here again!
The hosts were kind and accommodating when we arrived in town early. The location is perfect for both walking in town and walking to the snowflake lift (or you can catch a bus). The ski closet outside is super convenient. The steam shower was a huge hit. And the beds are all comfortable. Would definitely return in the future!
We all had a great time. The property was perfect for our group. Short walk to the snowflake lift and able to ride most of the way back with a very short walk back to the condo. Short walk to main st. During our 5 day trip we only used the rental truck to go to keystone for a day. Otherwise we walked to everything
Great location, close to everything. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with plenty of pans to cook with, lots of plates/bowls/silverware. We loved everything about the condo, and already have it booked for another stay in December.
This was a perfect location for walking to town and ski/snowboarding out with a run ending 1 block away. The living space is very large for a 2 bedroom condo in this area with plenty of comfortable seating. The extra bunk beds in one of the rooms made it so our party of 3 adults and 2 small children could fit veey comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Breckenridge.
Second stay at the property. Great location which can be seen, very convenient to town or mountain. Owners have made improvements in the new beds which helps a lot. Great beds, great water pressure in showers, and a fully stocked kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay! It’s just a block walk to the bus station to take you one stop up the road to the snowflake lift. It’s easily walkable, but the bus helped with little kids. The hot tubs are viewable from the condo so you know when one is available. We spent a great deal of time relaxing after a long day of skiing. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and they do a good job stocking the place with plenty of paper towels, toilet paper etc as well. We will be back!
Our family of 4 enjoyed a week at this excellent unit. Pluses were convenience to the mountain/free shuttle on 4 o’clock road, ski in huts across the street, comfort of beds and furniture, proximity to town (all restaurants and shops just a 5-10 minute walk), parking, ski locker / wall storage for snow gear (best we’ve ever experienced), and porch with gas grill (we did not use but it was a nice touch). Great value overall. The washer cannot be loaded too full but the property owner was super helpful to identify a solution for us. We will stay again! Thank you so much!
The condo is in a perfect location to walk right into town. The owners were easily available if I had any questions. The condo was very nice and very clean. We loved our stay and would definitely choose to stay in this condo again.
Combo of layout, amenities, proximity to town, convenient arrival simplicity, access to lifts and ease of ski back via Four O’clock were all great and combined with very reasonable rates and terms - very satisfied.
The condo is a short walk to main street as well as the bus line. Perfect whether you are planning to ski or walk to dinner. The owners were very responsive to questions. Description on VRBO is spot on.
We had a great stay at 4 O'Clock. The spacious condo was as described. The owners have made sure you have everything you could need. The location was better than expected. Normally we stay at the base of Peak 9 (Marriott). This location is centrally located, a short walk into town, or to the shuttles. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Outstanding condo with terrific extras for those skiing! Jason was always responsive and helpful with questions and issues. The unit was well equipped and in a good central location for Peak 9 or Peak 8 lifts, Free Ride Shuttle or walk to town. The steam shower in the master bedroom was a great perk.
Great location for a summer stay (probably winter as well)! It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4, though could easily fit more kids in. One improvement would be to get a new King bed; it felt very lumpy and uncomfortable plus made a noise every time someone moved. We were able to cook in the kitchen, though it seems like other renters have been a bit rough on the pots and the cooktop. I would still recommend the property, overall enjoyed our stay.
We had two families (kids 7-9 years old) enjoy this property for Christmas. It’s super conveniently located, a 1 minute walk to a free bus that takes you to your choice of lifts. Alternatively, a 5 minute walk to Snowflake. Skiing down Four O,Clock drops you to just across the street for a one minute walk. The first floor location is also nice for skiers. Parking is easy and there is even covered parking options which were easy for us to secure. The condo is well stocked with kids toys, dishes, cooking spices, etc. The TV and Internet work well. We ran into an issue where the fireplace didn’t work. I contacted the hosts through VRBO, and I got a call within 3 minutes and the owner walked me through the process of relighting the pilot. It worked the entire week we were there after that. They were super responsive and apologetic. I’d definitely stay here again!
Our family of four stayed here during our spring break ski trip and had a wonderful time. This condo sleeps 8, so our family of 4 had lots of room. A short two-block walk to the Snowflake lift (or a one-stop free bus ride). Also, we figured out that we could pay the ski shop near the snowflake lift to store our skis and boots making the walk so much easier. The other great thing about the location is that it is only 10 minutes from downtown. We walked there for dinner 2x. We highly recommend dinner at Ember (great happy hour prices) and Twist! The condo had everything we needed for meals so we did eat in a few nights as well. There are two hot tubs located just off the balcony of the condo, which we used most nights. A great stay, and we would book again. Thank you Jim & Jason!

Why they chose this property
Having lived in and experienced Breckenridge for more than 10 years both prior to starting families and now with several children apiece we understand the importance of amenities and location.
We have the best location in Breckenridge skiing, activities, and nightlife included. We are literally 100 yards from Breckenridge's main square and closer to shuttles and lifts taking you to anywhere on the mountain. Walk up to the snow-flake lift in the morning, ski back to the condo on Four O'Clock run in the afternoon, hit the hot tub and then head out for dinner and a night on the town; never touching your car the entire stay.
