A small single story home with a full basement located just minutes from the historic village of Frankenmuth and the Birch Run Outlets. The home has three bedrooms on the main floor and a sleeping area can be made in the basement. The back patio is enclosed with bushes that allow for guests' privacy.

Frankenmuth is a tourist travel destination where the Old Bavaria can be felt throughout the entire village. Frankenmuth hosts the world's largest Christmas store, Bronner's Christmas Wonderland, an indoor water park and weekly festivals and gatherings. The Birch Run Outlet Mall features more than 100 stores and is the largest outlet mall in Michigan.

Positives:Great location Very cleanWell stocked towels, blankets, plates, silverware, etcNegatives:Several beds were very uncomfortable (soft and saggy, caused back pain)Kitchen pots, pans, etc. very small and low quality (peeling off teflon)Showers are very loud in the basement No gas grill or Keurig Overall, would recommend.

We chose this house for the proximity to Frankenmuth for our girls shopping trip. It was a perfect location. Plenty of room for the 6 of use to sit around the table to play games and the living room was perfect for our morning coffee. There is a nice patio out back that was very secluded that we enjoyed too.

Great location and easy to find. Spacious living room and kitchen area. Very clean and tidy. We did find that the beds are not firm enough, with sagging and lack of support. Time for new mattresses!
