We're from Columbus Ohio about 40 minutes away from Delaware. We love the smaller town feel & being only 5 minutes to Delaware State Park and downtown Delaware with lots of restaurants and shopping.

Very private with lots of wildlife and walking distance to River Run Park trail next door.
