Enjoy the sea breeze as you come upon the boardwalk leading you to a fabulous screened porch as well as a set of stairs leading to an upper sun deck. The upper sun deck offers a private place to soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean breeze. Your family will enjoy the screened porch, which leads to a lovely beachside deck equipped with a grill and dining area. The beachside deck has a boardwalk with an outdoor shower and steps leading down to the beach. Here you will find a nice wide beach offering you the perfect 'Sandy Landing'! The main entrance of this home is located within the screened porch. From here, you will enter the dining and living areas of this oceanfront home. The dining area embraces the blues and greens found in the ocean and has an outstanding view of the beach. The light and airy feel gathered from the high-sloped ceiling and large windows invite you to sit back and enjoy the interesting artwork. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave and offers many extras for the cook in your group to prepare your catch of the day. The primary bedroom has several nautical touches that introduce your imagination to life at sea. There is a private main bath, with double sinks, which add privacy to your stay.

4 day family getaway

First time using Vrbo and first time at this spot. Everything was a great or better than advertised. Cozy older bungalow, oceanfront - due to much needed dune replenishment to protect the cottage row there is bit more of a walk - essentially a little dune between the dune the house sits behind and the ocean - but does not detract from spectacular views from inside house, deck, screened in porch and rooftop deck. Just mention only because if you have older guests they may expect one set of steps down to beach instead of the extra row of dunes to walk over. We loved the place - clean, well maintained, all systems in working and top shape. Def recommend and would stay again - good value for the $$ for an oceanfront pad just 1 mile from Jolly Roger Pier and heart of Topsail Beach retail area.

Beautiful place

Great little cottage on the beach

I think we found our favorite place. Excellent views, plenty of amenities everything you need for the beach! Perfect for our girls weekend. We will be back!

Mother - Daughter trip

My 84-year-old mother and I spent 3 wonderful nights at this cottage. It suited us perfectly. It was the first time we had been to Topsail. The walkways to the beach do not extend as far as other beaches. There was a steep walk up the final dune which my mother was proud to conquer! The house is "tired" but lovely. Internet, water pressure, hot water, kitchen, decks, and beds were all top-notched. Would absolutely stay there again.
