This oceanfront home is designed for relaxation. Tranquil colors soothe the soul. The beach awaits at the door, and ocean views are seen from every bedroom of this 1/2 duplex. Restaurants, coffee shop, and shopping are all within a short walking distance. The Jolly Roger Pier offers food and great views. Come and enjoy. Fish or swim, walk or nap, read or just sit back and watch the surf roll in. Come fall in love with Topsail Beach and this wonderful house just as we did.

It was everything we expected. Watch sunrise from the living room. Private access to beach. Rinse off in an outdoor shower when you get back, then jump into the hot tub on the deck. Good mattresses, bathrooms work, appliances work, cooling heating works. 7 miles from the bridge. No traffic in December. No complaints.

A Calm and Comfortable Retreat

Our group of 7 had a wonderful stay here. Everyone had plenty of room and also space to hang out in the living room with a beautiful view right off the deck. Hot tub was great and just a short walk to enjoy the beach. Easy to walk to deli and just 10 min to lots of other restaurants. Highly recommended.

Relaxing week at the beach

The house was as advertised, we had plenty of space to spread out. You can’t beat being able to walk to the beach and have a hot tub to use. We had a very relaxing week at the beach and would definitely return to this property in the future. The owner provided great communication during our trip.
