Sailview Drive, Topsail Beach is ideal for boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and anyone who appreciates a tranquil water view - not to mention the breathtaking sunsets and wildlife!

This light and airy home features hardwood floors throughout the living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath, while the bedrooms are carpeted. One level living features a well-equipped kitchen, with outdoor porches on the front and back of house. The back porch overlooks the waterway with a pier and dock. A split floor plan presents the primary suite on one end with doors leading out to covered deck and a huge en suite. The second and third bedrooms also have a full bath, and the fourth bedroom adds additional sleeping space.

Your neighborhood has private beach access with parking across the street from the entrance (a five-minute walk), plus a seasonal pool, clubhouse, and small watercraft launch. The community pool normally opens Memorial Day weekend.

Just 1.5 miles from the high-rise bridge are grocery stores, restaurants, a pharmacy, and more. Or drive 10-12 minutes into Surf City for additional stores, restaurants, and fresh local seafood.

Quiet & Peaceful Destination

What is not to love! We had never stayed on the inter coastal waterway. Being new empty nesters we are all about quiet and peaceful in our lives. We were blown away by this property. So beautiful! Quiet and peaceful was an understatement. The views are amazing. The house was so beautiful and comfortable. Very clean and tidy on our arrival. Well equipped kitchen that made things so easy. House layout was very accommodating. We are hoping to be able to rent this property again in our future plans. Wish we had a month to enjoy it even more.

Peaceful and quiet

We loved the house it is in a quiet development and just off a main road. The house is lovely and well kept. It is stocked with everything you need. The deck is inviting with plenty of room to relax. There's ample seating and lounge chairs. We enjoyed strolling the dock to fish. The water views are splendid. We definitely would recommend the house.
