About this property

Great rates to enjoy all of what Topsail Island has to offer. Come stay with us! Updated canal front home in N. Topsail Beach. Just steps to the beach access. It's the best of both worlds with your own private ramp and dock to enjoy boating, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding, crabbing and other water activities. After a long day, enjoy the private hot tub on the deck or enjoy a stroll around the neighborhood. Freshly updated home with a gourmet kitchen, plenty of dining space, a large open entertaining space and 5 bedrooms to accommodate everyone! Just waiting for you to enjoy your vacation.

Linens are included from a local service.

The off season allows flexibility in your dates of stay. 2 nights to monthly. This is Fall/Winter/Spring. Ask about monthly pricing as the calendar doesn't reflect that.

The peak is season June - August. Typically our rentals during that time are 7 days but feel free to ask if the home is available.

Pets are welcome! The pet fee is per dog. We have a limit of 2 dogs. The pet fee will be added prior to check in to accommodate your plans. The fee is $200 per dog. We do live local, so please be honest about pets.

Absolutely loved this house Its location cannot be beat Reno was top notch and pix don't do it justice Enjoyed meeting the owners who live nearby and getting more history on the house I marked a milestone birthday while there and couldn't think of a better way to celebrate This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Family vacay

Away from the crowded, duplexes of North Top Sail’s southern end, this neighborhood setting was quiet and relaxing, lots of parking and ground-level storage for beach and water toys. The house was just right, and the beach was not crowded.

Just what we needed

The house was just as charming as described. A very easy access to the beach. We had a disabled person and the openness was so great. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the canal and visiting with neighbors we met. My grandchildren had a blast. A very good time was had by all. Joann and Ed were both super helpful and very accommodating.

Perfect house- wish I could buy it!

This house is great- perfect amount of beds and unlike most houses had enough seats at the dinner table- we love to have a big family dinner after a day at the beach- went paddle boarding off the back deck! Joanne our host is super responsive to any questions! Plan to come back agin! Great price for the amount of house and proximity to the water! Thank you for having us!

Annual Family 4th

The place was perfect for our annual family July 4th trip. Location, amenities, neighborhood and host were spot on! The backyard boating access was super convenient for day trips up the ICW to the sand bars and the very short walk to the beach that had no crowds was nice any time of day. We would have already booked again for next year if we weren’t expecting a bigger crowd and needing even more room. We will be talking about the memories made here for years to come. Thank you!

We live in N. Topsail Beach close to our rental home. We love it here and wanted to share the beauty of the island with others. We have had vacation rental homes for over 20 years. I am a local realtor and serve on town council. My husband is a contractor. Rest assured, anything you need during your stay can be easily taken care of!

Why they chose this property

You cannot beat the location. Where else can you put your water toys in for fun in the morning and simply walk to the beach in the afternoon! Enjoy crabbing and fishing from the dock. Jet skis, boats, paddle boards, kayaks... Bring your toys!
