This was perfect for us. It's close to all the restaurants, shops, and ski lifts, but still tucked away and quite when we wanted to rest up before going back out.
Condo did not have access to a hot tub or pool as was listed under the property amenities section. Condo was nice and clean. Easy walk to the slopes and downtown area. Owner was quick to respond to questions and concerns.
The condo was perfectly located walking distance from both the mountain and town, with easy access to free bus stops, making it an ideal spot for a ski getaway. Everything was clean and well-equipped, though the hot tub key card had been accidentally removed by prior guests, which was a slight inconvenience.
All aspects of this property were excellent.Alot of room, 2 blocks from Snowflake Lift and walk to main street etcMartin very efficient and quick and helpful to respond.Highly recomend. Thanks Martin
Clean, comfortable, convenient. The listing amenities did not mention the hot tub on the property; we would have appreciated knowing about it beforehand.
Family of 4 was very Comfortable and an excellent location. The only issue was the size of the garage and the parking situation. We have a truck and was slightly too small, but the owner / property manger responded and let the HOA know so we parked the car outside of the property. The extra parking was far from the unit and was a solid sheet of ice.(late March) Otherwise we would recommend with a slightly smaller vehicle.
Great location, clean accommodations and helpful host! While we generally prefer a ski-in, ski-out location, this was the next best thing. Convenient location, short walk to the shuttles, which take you to various ski lifts or to town. Shuttles run frequently, never waiting long. Short walk into town as well, which is full of restaurants, shops, etc. Unfortunately it was record cold temperatures during our stay, so we didn't get to explore much. The host was quick to respond and resolve any issues, couldn't ask for better response.
Everything was great. Location is about two blocks from the Snowflake lift which takes you to a green run down to Peak 8.
Property is great! Nice laundry, finishes were fairly updated around the house. Communication and cordiality was amazing from hosts.
Plus was a very easy to use fireplace!
The location was truly ideal, with easy access to both the Snowflake lift and the downtown area – perfect for a ski trip. The fireplace in the living room was a real highlight; incredibly cozy and a wonderful spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. We spent many enjoyable evenings gathered around it. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The television in the living room proved frustrating, as the Roku remote was unreliable and difficult to operate. This detracted from our relaxation time. Additionally, the lack of an on-site pool key card was inconvenient so we were not able to access the pool facilities. Overall, the positives of the location, size of the townhome, and its cleanliness, offset by these technical and logistical issues and I'd definitely stay here again.
My brother and I will stay here whenever we can. The host has been great to work with, place is updated and clean, and the location is really hard to beat (close to town/walkable but also a very short 500ft hike to the snowflake chair which takes you right to the base of Peak 8).The only caveats are that other guests have stolen the hot tub/pool key from time to time so the next guest or set of guests are left without being able to use the facilities (a big reason we've loved this place in the past). The only other small annoyance is the tv in the main room is a pain to operate as it doesn't connect well with the remote and takes forever to navigate. This is hardly significant though and wouldn't prevent us from booking in the future. The hot tub/pool issue might, however.
We had a memorable stay at this beautiful two bedroom condo (myself and my two teens, ages 15 and 17). Mere steps from the bus that conveniently dropped us off at the base of Peak 9. A short 5-10 minute walk to the restaurants and shops on Main Street. The condo was immaculate and well appointed with newly updated bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Highly recommend this perfect condo!
Perfect Breck location - walk to lift and Main Street
Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our short vacation to Breckenridge. It's a perfect location. We were able to take a short walk to the nearby Snowflake lift. The garage was warm and clean with good ski and boot storage. The large sectional in living room accommodated our family of 5 and the fireplace was cozy. The beds were comfortable. Nice washer/dryer. Well equipped kitchen. Attractive and durable luxury vinyl plank flooring. Great shower in the main bath.
We stayed here for a 3-day ski trip.
We arrived early and I touched base with the owner who let us know we could check-in early as it had already been cleaned. That was so nice.
My husband and I stayed with our two adult daughters. We had plenty of room.
The condo was clean (and I'm pretty picky) and it was a short walk up to the Snowflake lift or short walk down if you want to hop on the shuttle, its a very short walk to that as well.
We walked into town a couple of times which was also nice so that we didn't have to find a parking spot to go shop or eat.
It was so close to skiing that we were able to take the 4 o'clock run almost all the way to the drive/entrace to the condos when we came in, which makes coming in for a lunch break pretty easy and easy to get back out there quickly.
The place was wonderful for our family of 4. Walking distance to town. 2 block walk to snowflake lift was convenient. Relaxing in front of the fireplace after a day of skiing was very nice . Kitchen had everything we needed to make good breakfasts, lunches and dinners when we didn’t eat out. Owners were very responsive to our questions as first time guests. Loved the suggestions by the owners as well. Would recommend. Take the 4 o’clock run instead of snowflake run back to house. Snowflake run was too flat.
This place is even better than advertised. It had everything we needed and much more, was close to the slopes as well as Main St, was really quiet (we saw a group of college kids staying next to us but never heard them) and is spacious for our family of 5. Will absolutely stay here again. Thanks!
