Summary:
Experience Santa Fe like a local in our recently remodeled studio casita in the highly desired Railyard District, also just a short walk to the Plaza. Our colorful casita features a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable queen-bed. Classic Santa Fe styling, tile flooring, and charming features such as our private courtyard with firepit create a historic feel but with the convenience of modern amenities.

The studio features a fully-equipped kitchen, reliable WiFi and a Queen-bed.

The Space:
Unwind and watch a movie in the living room/lounge area after a long day of hiking or skiing, or soak in a bath and curl up in bed for the night with a book and a hot cup of tea (or glass of wine!).

Located in a charming neighborhood perfect for early morning and evening strolls, you can visit the twice weekly Railyard Farmer’s Market, take in a free weekend concert or movie in the park, or peruse shops in the plaza all without the necessity of transportation.

Guest Access:
The studio is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. You will have use of the private courtyard as well as off street parking for up to 2 regular sized cars if parked in tandem.

The Neighborhood:
The local neighborhood and the city of Santa Fe is full of amazing places to visit. Below you can find detailed information of the most interesting Santa Fe districts.

The possibilities are only restricted by your imagination and lust for adventure.

The Railyard District is a large arts district with galleries, performance spaces, a cinema, restaurants & antique shops.
Farmers Market is perfect to visit on Saturday mornings
The Boxcar is for those who would like to catch the game
Second Street brewery offer great live music and a pint
The Violet Crown Cinema has a large lineup of local New Mexican craft beers as well as a full dinner menu

The Santa Fe Plaza is also nearby. At about .7mi away, you may choose to walk or drive. It features many historical/arty locations:

The Santa Fe Ski Basin is about thirty minutes away. You can rent equipment at Alpine Sports in town or wait until you get to the mountain.

There are trails for every kind of hiker here; Some a mere ten minutes up the hill from your casita (Atalaya Trail), and others further out of town.

Meow Wolf is an immersive and interactive experience that transports audiences of all ages into fantastic realms of story and exploration. This includes art installations, video and music production, and extended reality content. House of Eternal Return, was launched in March 2016 with support from Game of Thrones creator, George R.R. Martin. Inside, guests discover a multidimensional mystery house with secret passages, portals to magical worlds, and an expansive narrative amidst surreal, maximalist, and mesmerizing art exhibits.

Getting Around:
Once in town, getting around is easy. Downtown Santa Fe and the surrounding historic districts are compact and most conveniently traveled on foot. It's no wonder Santa Fe was voted one of America's Top Rated Walking Cities.

The Santa Fe Pickup Shuttle
Free shuttle service that starts and ends in front of the former New Mexico Film Museum (the Jean Cocteau Cinema) on Montezuma Avenue and runs counter-clockwise with various stops around downtown.
