The property has cool Santa Fe vibes with its adobe structure and eclectic decor. It's quite spacious and an easy walk to the plaza. Kitchen and bath come with supplies you'll need for your stay. Bathroom is very small and might be a squeeze for some.

Jim the property manager is fantastic, the place is adorable and cozy, would highly recommend. Very close to the plaza which is a big plus too.
I loved this cute little apartment. The decor was lovely and eclectic and there's so much art on the property. The little shared patio space was so nice and a great place for my morning coffee.Location is great - about a half mile walk from town. I'll definitely be back for future visits to Santa fe.
Unique adobe apartment, and the space was adequate for 2 people. However, it was in desperate need of a deep clean. There were items left from previous guests which indicates no or very little cleaning. One item on the sofa was a woman's undergarment, another a used tissue beside the bed. There were ants even around the bed. The property owner was welcoming and we told him his cleaners aren't doing their job. Overall, satisfactory but we will not recommend or return, and will seek reimbursement for cleaning charge.

Handicap difficulty
The shower was not useable due to entrance being to hard to get in.
This was a cool home to stay in! My only real complaint is the size of the shower in the very small bathroom. I am a small woman and could barely fit in it. My friend who is a tall woman, opted not to shower because of the size. The size of the apartment is good otherwise. It is quite dark though even in the middle of the day. Loved the location and easy parking just out front.

Adobe Studio near downtown Santa Fe
This was a quiet get-away situated close to downtown Santa Fe. Check-in was easy and the apartment was quite rustic but charming. The adobe walls were fun to inspect with bits of straw showing. The kitchen was well stocked with basic utensils and dishes plus coffee! The shower was a great until my husband turned on the hot water in the kitchen which caused freezing cold water to come out of the shower head! The bath is very small and the shower is minimal but it worked fine if you followed the easy instructions. It was well lite and welcoming - especially the fluffy toy bats straddling the sofa!
Fun casita/apartment that was perfect for my husband, dog and I. Loved it was close to shopping and walking distance to the plaza and Canyon Rd. Jim was there to greet us and make sure everything was ok. Casita was clean but we did experience a small ant problem. Ant traps were out but we had to make sure food was tightly wrapped or in the fridge. Not a major issue at all.
I enjoyed staying on this property. Courtyard is wonderful to enjoy my morning tea everyday. It's comfortable and has everything you need. Like many of the other reviews, it did warn about the size of the shower. But until you're there, it doesn't quite make sense. It is extremely small. It's the only downside to this day. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to escape and enjoy Santa Fe.
Authentic, private and cozy apartment close to downtown with a few minor downgrades
The studio is built and designed in an authentic Santa Fe style, very cozy and welcoming. Downtown and even the railyard district are within a nice walk (15-30 minutes). The place is well-equipped and the host is very nice! Overall, we liked it. Unfortunately, there are a few caveats: First, the shower is very small which worked for us but might not for others. Second, for the price, I'd expect the place to be cleaner. For example, we had dusty surfaces and ants. Third, the advertised outdoor area is separated by a gate and seems like it belongs to a different rental - while we could technically use it, we didn't feel comfortable doing so.

The space was perfect love the layout and the room that I had in there. The kitchen was nice. The location was perfect for walking into town. The owner was gracious. It was a very nice day. I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights and we loved it! The shower is very small, just a little warming! But the rest of the space more than make up for it!
The city of Santa Fe is artistically inspiring. This was our first visit there, but it won't be our last. The property owner is a fantastic human being and was super helpful ... a total pleasure.
Great place -- a very bohemian aesthetic, lost of fun and funky features, excellent option for a single or a couple. The photos are exactly what you get! Great location, easy walk to the plaza. Good parking. Some great interior design choices! I would definitely stay again...excellent experience overall!

Infested with ants and a bathroom sized for a miget
We arrived to find our room infested with ants and the bathroom so small a child would have difficulty using the toilet or showering. When we mentioned something to the owner he said there was a can of Raid to spray the ants and the bathroom was in the pictures of the place. No way you could tell it was so small from the pictures believe me it was so small we did not shower and could barely use the toilet. Evolve would not refund our money for the stay after we left early to find a place that was ant free and where we could use the bathroom like a normal adult. The way we were treated by Evolve is not acceptable we should have received a full refund after this disaster of a stay. I would recommend using a service that backs up whom they represent with satisfaction guarantee.

Great Location Unique Decor
We loved being able to walk to downtown Santa Fe from this quiet retreat. The decor is fun and unique and the bed was comfortable. While the shower is unique and worked well it is small and a challenge for an older person to get in and out of safely. The condenser and fan kept the room very comfortable for sleeping but do generate some white noise. The host was great and responsive.
