Nice location, very basic house

We were a group of 3 women in our 40s coming to town for a girls weekend. This house is 0.5 miles from a fantastic trail along the river, and very close to downtown. While we didn’t always feel comfortable walking to the restaurants/ live music venues downtown, it was a quick an inexpensive Uber ride. There were very few (perhaps none) places with this location that had 3 separate bedrooms. This house had comfortable beds and soft sheets. Everything else was bare minimum. The couches/ dining room table weren’t comfortable, minimum lighting, very dark, the bathrooms were clean but dated- and we never tried to cook in the kitchen but that was also very dated. There also seemed to be a rooster somewhere in the vicinity as we could hear it each morning. The host was responsive and checked in on us when we were there. There were upsides and downsides to this home- just nice to know what you’re getting into before you rent it.

Simple & convenient, as advertised

The house was perfect for our group of 5 friends in town for a chill weekend. Decor is simple and the house is on the older side, but all the necessities were there. Perfect if you’re out and about most of the time and just need a comfy place to crash. Communication with Bonnie was easy, and it’s within walking distance to Rainey, the River, and other coffee shop’s & restaurants. Beds were super comfy too!
