Restored to his original 1925 glory, this special home is just 3 blocks from restaurants, shops, bars and coffee shops of lively Center Street and 2 blocks from the ocean. The Max Swell has 3 bedrooms all with comfy, queen beds and 2 bathrooms with all amenities. The additional back room would be great for kids and has couches and beds for kids to sleep, play games or watch movies. Outdoor spaces included a huge deck under the oak tree, a screened in porch & let's not forget the outdoor shower!

Great location!

Loved the house and can tell a lot of work went into remodeling! Well stocked and easy to find things. Main issues were there is no door or covering to the room with the bunks and with it being right off the kitchen it was impossible to keep quiet enough to not disturb those sleeping in that room. Also would have liked an email or document with all checkin/checkout, WiFi info. Host was quick to respond but had to ask for all these things when usually it is provided. Loved how close to beach and town!
