Attitude Adjustment | Beautiful Home + Bay Views!

Attitude Adjustment is a three-bedroom, two-bath home overlooking Little Bay right in the heart of Rockport-Fulton. Sunrises over the water, coupled with easy access to fishing, shops, and restaurants make this the perfect coastal getaway.

A well-appointed kitchen makes it easy to prepare the catch of the day. The pantry holds a variety of small appliances ranging from a blender to an air fryer. The dining room table will seat six people comfortably, while the east-facing patio is perfect for your morning coffee.

The primary suite offers its own bathroom, king-sized bed, and beautiful views of Little Bay. The living room has sectional seating for the entire family, large flat-screen TV, a variety of board games, and expansive water views.

A built-in computer desk compliments the queen bed in the second room. The kids' room could sleep up to three, with a twin-over-full bunk bed. The second full bath separates these two bedrooms.

Attitude Adjustment is the perfect home, on both sides. The front yard is steps from Little Bay, where you can simply put on your waders and fish to your heart's content! The backyard was designed for the bird-lover, every plant and tree were placed to attract hummingbirds and butterflies. Complete with a fish cleaning station, and outdoor shower, there is a water view from every room in this house. Come and spend some time in the heart of Rockport and give your attitude the perfect adjustment!

Wonderful experience

The property and it's location were wonderful. We enjoyed it so much last year, we are coming back in 2025. The split bedroom floor plan worked well for our adult group. The kitchen had all the tools we needed. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and set from the front porch.

Great location

I grew up in Rockport and was back for a visit with family. This was a great place to stay. Loved drinking coffee on the porch in the morning and and an adult beverage at night. The only criticism I could give would be they had way more items for us to use than was listed, so that’s not a bad thing.

Relaxing Family Get Away

We truly loved the house and the quietness of this neighborhood. The porch was our favorite spot and we spent early mornings and late afternoons sitting and watching the jumping fish and dolphins in the bay. The lovation was great as it was close to the grocery store and to the beaches. We all had a wonderful time.

This house was exactly what we were looking for.! It is very kid friendly and comfortable for a family get away. My kids loved the bunk beds! The decor in the house was cute too, and very on theme for the beach. Super close to the water for some convenient fishing, plus a quick 2 minute drive to Rockport beach made this house an ideal location!
