A Place for Everyone

I cannot say enough about this wonderful place. We had five adults. Everyone had their own place and the downstairs to congregate. We had ample amounts of every essential! We were close to every wedding venue. We just loved it!

This was a very nice place with plenty of space for several guests and convenient gated parking. I didn’t realize there were 3 floors so older people with mobility problems will have a hard time walking up & down stairs. Otherwise everything was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay again. It was as described. Unit was clean, very well stocked and even included some coffee. It’s in a good location and very quiet. We felt safe in the neighborhood. We reached out to the owner for a few quick questions and he was very responsive. Property is very convenient if you are planning to head downtown. Easy to get a Lyft/Uber for around $10–no need to fight traffic.

Lovely place in Nashville!

The only issue we had was how cold the laowest level in the home was. All rooms were beautifully appointed with all necessities. Everything seemed top quality. Plenty of space for an even large group than ours. One could look forward to spending evenings in the balcony in the summers.

Hi Shannon, Nashville is a transient city and you told me you thought you left the car doors unlocked and that nothing was actually taken. This did sound like a good outcome given the situation, so my apologies if that did not sound like I care, because I care very deeply. In the absence of facial recognition software, there is very little CCTV footage can do, so we do encourage all guests to lock their cars and not to leave any valuables inside.
