Don't book this property

Left after one night, my dad found a large roach in the bathroom and we didn't feel comfortable in the area. Not pictured are steep stairs to second level and unsafe loose tiles in upstairs bathroom. Told property manager about our experience and she was unable to provide even partial refund.
