This cozy suite is situated on the ground floor directly across the street from the scenic Madeira Beach. In just a short walk, you can enjoy the sand and surf or explore local eateries. You won’t need a car once you’re here, but if you want to check out additional shopping, dining, and entertainment options, they’re available within a short drive. After a day of adventure, return to your thoughtfully decorated condo, complete with contemporary furnishings.
No smoking on the property. Smoking will incur a $500 fee.

No loud parties or music allowed 24/7.
Pets
Your dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of two dogs. A pet fee of $20 will be added to your bill. NO DANGEROUS BREEDS.
Outside visitors
No outside visitors, please. Only registered guests are allowed on property.
Carpet
Please, no shoes on the carpet. You can leave shoes at the front or back doors.
Parking
Please Park in the assigned spot. Only one car allowed.
Saving energy
Help us save energy. Please turn off lights, fans, air conditioning, and TVs whenever you leave the property.
Damages
Please report any damages immediately.
Miscellaneous
No Drugs or prohibited items are allowed.
No furniture moving
Never leave children unsupervised at our property without any adults.
Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times, as well as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood.
Please do not use glasses outside or in the children’s play area for safety reasons.

We reserve the right to terminate any booking and to evict any guests who refuse to follow these house rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
