The Neighborhood:
The property is located on Gulf Blvd across the street from Treasure Islands main beach access and parking with a cross walk right at the edge of the property. A community of homes and condos is located behind the property on the other side of the Intercoastal waterway and just a couple blocks from restaurants and other shops.

Getting Around:
There are a number of transportation options available in this area. The PSTA Trolley runs up and down the beach, as well as, to downtown St Petersburg and Clearwater. There are other options such as Free Beach Ride which works off of advertising and can be used for tips to the driver when traveling on the barrier islands, other fees may apply when going inland. There are also cab services in the area such as Bats Taxi.
