I love my cabin and have spent the last decade making it awesome. My son and I have done every activity we could think of and we even kayaked all of the way to Ludington...it took 4 days. Now it's time to share the cabin with new people.
It is located in Baldwin, Michigan on the Little South Branch of the Pere Marquette River. 30 minutes from Ludington, 1-1/2 hours from Grand Rapids, 1-1/2 hours to Traverse City, it's in a sportsmans paradise, fishing, Motorcycle riding (street and dirtbikes, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, snowmobiling, backpacking (near NCT)..1 hour from MRT......and awesome salmon fishing in the fall. Right in front of the cabin. Steelhead, Rainbow Trout, and Brown Trout are common. The Blessing of the bikes in the spring , snowmobiles, Ice fishing, and skiing in the winter...ride snowmobiles to the trails and drive 30 minutes to Caberfae peaks for downhill skiing. Canoe in the summer on the Pere Marquette and Pine Rivers, Ride to the dirtbike trails, Little O, Big O, and many others in the summer. Bring your side by side, quads, bikes..... Trout opener in the spring....I will help you and give you suggestions on where to go and what to do. It's one mile from the grocery store, 6 miles from Legends Ranch Wildlife Center, 4 miles to Jones's icecream, 20 feet to the river, 15 feet to the hot tub and fire pit. There is a carport for your sleds, bikes, cars, or whatever. Dogs are welcome and encouraged....they love the river. The outside is very private, the inside is air conditioned, has a woodstove and traditional heat, an awesome huge leather couch, wireless internet, a 6 person hot tub, a giant dining table..it's good for ping pong and beer pong too. I want you to have as much fun as we have when we are at the cabin.
