The Space:

Open airy and oh so spacious! This 2023 year built home is beautifully decorated and appointed, there's a space for everyone to curl up, play games, and watch TV in multiple locations. The house offers a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.



- 1st floor (The Grand Room) has a master en-suite

- 2nd floor (The Master Bedroom) has a huge, screened porch & great sunsets, additional sleep sofa, huge bathroom, walk in shower, private toilet room & large walk-in closet

- 2nd floor (The Mermaid Room) has two queen beds & a daybed with a twin pullout

- 2nd floor (Bunk Room) has bunk bed comprised of two queen beds (yup, QUEEN beds) & a twin pullout

-The Mermaid Room & Bunk Room share a very large bath

- Laundry room is on the 2nd floor

- New Outdoor KITCHEN w/ Gas Grill & Seats 4

A+ Location & Worry-Free Stay

Perfect combination of privacy and proximity to beach, and the house really lends itself to multiple different types of guests. We stayed with a group of friends, but this would also make a great family reunion or company retreat spot. Host was totally uninvasive but super responsive when needed. Planning on staying again in the near future.

We loved staying here! The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of cooking utensils, cups, etc. we did message the manager about some cleanliness issues we noticed upon arrival. Otherwise, no complains and we had a great time.

Fall Break Stay

This house was beautiful and spacious with lots of amenities. It felt very nice for our two families. Our favorite part was the screened-in porches and the easy access to the rest of the island. We usually don't visit the same location when we vacation, but we would stay at this house again on SGI. Also, communication with the owner/host was seamless and easy.

Wonderful family memories

This house is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our island stay. The amenities…the beautiful pool, fire pit, outdoor shower, large seating areas inside and outside were perfect for our family. Plenty of space and well laid out home. A short distance to the ocean was ideal for walking or by golf cart. We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at St George Island!

This is an absolutely beautiful house and the owners were very gracious with proving everything needed, including use of their beach towels. It also has a pellet ice maker which was the icing on the cake!

So beautiful!

This house is gorgeous! It’s a very short walk to the beach, about two blocks, and very close to town! Heidi was our contact for the property and she was wonderful. Anything we needed she was on it! The pool was perfect with our little kids we brought, especially since we had some pretty windy weather and couldn’t enjoy the beach. 10/10 would book again, don’t hesitate because it’s already booked up.

We had a group of 11 and this house still felt spacious. While we brought our personal supplies, the house was fully stocked with everything you could need in case you forgot an essential. The house was clean and beautifully styled. Bedding was very comfortable (including the pull out beds). Seating for our large group was more than adequate indoors? On the screened in porches and in the pool area. The beach water quality was not the greatest due to a recent storm so having the pool was absolutely essential to keep our little ones occupied. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your space for the week!

Beautiful property-hiccup with check-in/privacy

The property is beautiful and didn’t disappoint but I would not enthusiastically recommend…if you have other options. This cost a lot of money. We saved up to splurge on a family vacation. When we arrived -after 13 hours in the car and 2 kids-the property wasn’t ready so it was almost 2 hours after check-in time before we could get in. The woman made it all about her and how hard she works. She was upset by what the folks before us did. It would have went a long way to just genuinely apologize for not being prepared and leave it at that. Respectfully not our problem that you had a lot to clean from the previous people. Your job is to plan accordingly. The most disappointing things happened during our week of vacation time. The woman comes back multiple times to “water” , “clean the pool”, and drop things off which totally ruined any peace and privacy we should have had as a family. It was infuriating to pay that amount of money and have these things happen. Cameras were creepy. There are rentals all over the island. If it wouldn’t have been a huge hassle to change rentals after our initial interaction-we would have.

At 1:00pm the day of check in, I did not have check in info. I messaged her , she called and said I would get it when the property was finished being cleaned. Then I got a message from her saying I did not pay to have the pool heated and it had not been turned on. I sent her messages from VRBO and a copy of my payment of $560.00The pool was cold because it had not been turned on. On Sunday morning we went to the beach. Came back around 4:00 and the pool was cold. I call the local number and was told they could not get anyone to the house that day. The next day she messaged me that I had unapproved pets on the property and and need to remove them. I guess she saw the with the cameras she doesn’t mention on the listing. I again sent her our messages and my copy of my receipt for 200.00. I told her to do better and review the agreement before bothering me again on my vacation. That afternoon the local lady came by and turned the heater on. She said it got 60 degrees on Saturday night and something went wrong??? I ask for a refund of $560.00 for the pool not being heated. The cameras cover the driveway entrance and I understand that, but was not comfortable with the ones covering the fire pit , pool area, and back of the house that is glass!! She blamed VRBO for all the issues and kept complaining about the cost to heat the pool. In the listing it says heated pool, but does not mention an additional charge. She reached out to me later about the $560 did not want me to use VRBO???
