Good location but thats it

The property manager was NOT helpful or inviting at all. The check in process was trash and the email that i recieved less than an hour before check in was more threatening and less helpful than one would think while on vacation with their family. Prior to that Dan would NOT accommodate any info i was asking for and needed to set up because my family was getting in before me and i would be in the air at checkin. Furthermore the place looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a while. There was trash from whoever was there before. The dishwasher was moldy and stunk up the whole place and...we found a bloody hand print on the stair walls, not too mention the cameras outside. I have pictures of all these things. Location and charm of the neighborhood was great but after that...worst vrbo ive stayed in.

Great stay in Soulard

The property looked just like the listing and was very clean. The hosts sent a detailed check-in/check-out list and everything worked exactly as it should have. The only minor negatives we had related to the supplies in the house and the noise from neighbors. For a property that sleeps 8 adults, the amount of paper towels, soap, etc. was lacking and we were glad we'd brought extra with us. Also, given that this was a first floor unit, there was some noise from the units above. Overall, the location, space, and communication with the hosts were great and we really enjoyed our stay!
