**About our pricing model** Because every property on VRBO (and other short term rental websites) are owned by a different owner, they will all have their own house rules and pay structures. We use a variable pricing model to give our guests more flexibility - dependent on the size of your group. Comparable property's to this will mostly be priced at a flat rate for 6 guests. But because our property has (surprisingly) received a lot of bookings in the past from solo couples (2 guests), we wanted to best accommodate this by starting at a decreased base price, and then allowing the price to be adjusted accordingly, dependent on the group size. So if you have 4-6 guests in your reservation, the pricing then increases to make it comparable to the other 6 guest property's in the area. We do conduct regular analysis' and comparisons, and we feel we have priced this property fairly and comparable to other similar spaces in the area - the only difference is it can vary dependent on your group size. Please reach out if you have any questions in regards to this.
>>>LOYALTY PROGRAM: Stay with us twice (at the same property), and you’ll receive 5% OFF of your stays FOR LIFE at that property. If you make it to 10 stays, then we will give you one free night to stay with us at any of our properties. (Note: this only pertains to nightly rate costs, does not include any fees or taxes).

Tower Grove Park This wooded Victorian strolling park rewards meandering. Its 340 kinds of trees could chart every shade of green, and they attract 200 kinds of birds, from red-shafted flickers and monk parakeets to ospreys and ring-billed gulls. Henry Shaw developed the park to give St. Louis “a grand pleasure ground,” with wide lanes for horse-drawn carriages, gates guarded by zinc griffins, and exotic pavilions and gazebos. Every few feet, there’s something to see: lions copied from the tomb of Pope Clement XIII, heroic sculptures (Shakespeare’s here), busts (including Mozart), and antiquities (columns from the Old Courthouse and stone “ruins” from the old Lindell Hotel, reflected in one of the most picturesque ponds in St. Louis). Park officials also recently uncovered a long-forgotten stream on the park's east side, accenting it with rain gardens and native plants on either side.
Tower Grove Park - key events - Tower Grove Pride Fest - Festival of Nations - Food Truck Friday’s - Tuesday & Saturday Farmer’s Market - Outdoor Yoga on Saturday’s - Monday eve Concerts In The Park
Missouri Botanical Gardens - Whitaker Music Festival: every Wednesday night with live music (May through July) ..............

The host was fantastic! Super communication and helped me out with some tech issues I was having while trying to communicate through the VRBO app. I really appreciated him so much.
Thanks Tony! We had a great stay at Rustic City Inn. Gorgeous, spacious, updated historic home. It was clean. The beds were comfy. It was only a 5-15 minute drive to almost any neighborhood. We loved the covered outdoor deck to visit with friends living in St. Louis. Plenty of street parking. Many great restaurants nearby.
We had a wonderful stay at Rustic City Inn! The home is located in a great, quiet neighborhood, which made it perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Our family of six found the space comfortable and accommodating. One of the best features was its central location—it made getting to local attractions, restaurants, and other points of interest very convenient. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely consider staying here again!
My 2 adult sons, their wives and I spent the weekend in STL enjoying the Science Museum, The City Museum, The Arch, Activate, Union Station and lots of good food! The Inn was the perfect place to stay!
We had a great time staying at this property. Everything was as listed and worked well. The property was clean. Street parking might be an issue but we parked out front and used ride share services. We needed to contact the host the first night and he called back immediately.

About the host
Hosted by Tony Bove
Hello, we've been on VRBO for a few years now, and we absolutely love it. When we travel we want to get the FULL LOCAL EXPERIENCE - which makes us feel like a local, in a local neighborhood, eating at local restaurants, and doing local things. This is what VRBO is ALL ABOUT. And now also as hosts, it brings us the greatest joy that we can offer these same experiences to travelers coming to our beautiful city.
My name is Tony, and with my wife Filomena and two fur babies we are the BOVE family. I am an A/V Project Manager for Centene and she is a Varicose Vein RN at St. Anthony's Hospital.
We are a young active couple that loves to travel (of course), cook at home or eat at unique restaurants, and have a good time with our friends. I am also an audio engineer and music enthusiast. I graduated from Full Sail University with 2 degrees in Recording Arts and Entertainment Business. Filomena has her nursing degree from Barnes-Jewish College of Nursing & Allied Health.
We are very active and always on the go, but we always have time for our guests!
