Welcome to Viewpoint Home, your home away from home! Tucked away in the corner of Des Moines, enjoy the spectacular views of the sound with your morning coffee... or night cap, watching the sunset. We are just few minutes from Redondo Beach, Des Moines Marina and Dash Point Park.
Please consider our house your home away from home, & love it as we do when we have our staycation here. We recognize that families come in all shapes and sizes, and hope to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The space
Come see this Modern Puget Sound view home! Watch epic sunsets and the ship pass. Sit back and take in the beauty and calmness of living right by the water.

MAIN FLOOR features a stunning view with deck , motorized solar shades, living room, dining room and kitchen. Couch turns into a pull out bed. Blankets and throws are available on the ladder blanket holder by the fireplace.

LIVINGROOM- has big view windows with a gas fireplace.

DINING ROOM – 6 seater dining table + a high chair, enjoy your water view while dining.

KITCHEN- Stove facing view window, enjoy the view while cooking. We have a full-size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishes and flatware that you may use.

UPPER LEVEL features two bedrooms with view windows and both have access to the upper deck. Upper deck has 4 comfy beach chairs.

BEDROOMS- 2 queen size bed + pull out bed in the living room. We use comfortable lines, beds sheets and bath towels. Extra blankets and pillows are located in each bedroom closet. Baby playard , folding bed & dog bed are located in the master closet.

BATHROOMS- powder room is on the main level. Upper bathroom is a standing shower. Stocked with our in-house amenity line fresh towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toiletries, hair dryer and make up remover.

OUTDOOR- Private patio with pond and waterfall. Furnished deck, 5 seater outdoor furniture with table fireplace, a perfect place to indulge your morning coffee, read your favorite books, step back, take a deep breath and enjoy the relaxing meditation water sounds. 6 seater hot tub. Automated pathway lights and string lights. Dynatrap Insect Trap ,Weber Grill hooked in gas line, caddy grill equipment located in the main level cabinet.

GARAGE- Fully insulated with natural gas heat, pool table, soon to be delivered pull out couch bed. Carbon monoxide detector plug in installed (pls do not remove)

PARKING: 3 Driveway parking + 1 street parking.
Guest access
entire home except the storage room in the garage. Storage room will be kept locked.

FAQ:

Only one dog is allowed with advance notice (pet fee/deposit will apply)

Front door is located at the back of the house

4 exterior security cameras (2 front cameras and one at the backyard) + camera doorbell.

Exterior lights are photocell operated and leave them on at all times.

A First Aid kit can be found in the main level closet. Fire extinguisher can be found in the garage.

***Garbage day is on Tuesday. Guests must be willing to assist with the rolling trash bins in or out if reservation dates are on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday.
