On the crest of a mountain in the beautiful Cobbly Nob Community, enjoy some of the best views in the Great Smoky Mountains. "The Place to Be" will provide your group with comfort, peace, and breath taking views. The large multilevel deck allows your group to spread out to take in the scenery, or to join together for a meal under the charming string lights. You can soak in the luxurious hot tub while enjoying the majesty of the mountains.

The well-appointment kitchen lends to fabulous home cooked meals, or grill those fish you caught on the brand new gas grill. The living space is furnished with comfortable pieces to maintain the cabin's charm and add a modern touch to this classic space.

Two bedrooms with king beds both host french doors leading to the upper tiers of the outdoor deck. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise over the mountains. One king bedroom has a dedicated work space with stunning views. A bonus room off the master bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The bunk room offers toys, books, and a limited edition Nintendo and Sega Genesis to entertain your children (or you! with all your favorite original games on sleek mini units with original controllers). We also have a barrel arcade game with 60 original arcade games.

Two newly renovated bathrooms boast luxurious showers, one with three heads including rain shower. New washer and dryer units are in the home for your use.

The Cobbly Nob community offers complimentary access to three outdoor pools (Memorial Day to Labor Day) pickleball courts, and paid access to Bent Creek Golf Course (located in Cobbly Nob). Cobbly Nob has its own security as well.

This cabin is located in East Gatlinburg- removed enough from the tourist activities to be peaceful, but only a quick drive to all the fun amenities Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer.

Fantastic stay! The house was clean, the views were spectacular, and owner of the house checked in with us via message throughout the trip! We didn’t need anything, but if we did, I’m sure he would’ve been quick to respond and help! Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Wonderful cabin

We loved everything about this cabin especially the view! It was a perfect place for me and my now husband to spend our time before we got married in the smokiest and then after for our honeymoon! Everything was clean and communication was great!

Beautiful cabin inside and out! The views from the newer deck were amazing and the inside of the cabin was updated and very clean! Everything worked as explained by the owner with no issues at all. Would love come back for another stay!

Perfect Escape

This property was amazing for decompressing and enjoying a low-key vacation. The view is incredible, and it was very hard to leave! :) The only thing that bothered me was being able to hear traffic (and the hot tub running), which took away a bit from a truly quiet experience when enjoying the back deck. But, that is just me, it didn't affect my husband at all. I would totally stay here again. Andrew was a great and responsive host. :)

Beautiful and Cozy

We stayed in early April and would highly recommend this property. The home is exactly as pictured and located in a well-maintained and quiet neighborhood. Although there were neighbors on both sides, we felt very secluded. The view from the deck was amazing, and it was wonderful to sit in the hot tub at sunset and relax. The home was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our week stay. The kitchen cookware and grill were perfect for cooking all our meals at home. For reference, we used the Waze app, and it did take about 30+ minutes to get to downtown Gatlinburg and 40+ minutes to get into Pigeon Forge. Communication with Andrew was great. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but he was in touch after arrival and mid-week to ensure everything was going well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! If we owned a mountain vacation home, we would want one exactly like this!

Wonderful trip

We've been coming to gaitlinburg for years and this is by far the best cabin we've stayed in. The decor, the view, the comfort, everything about this place screams luxury. The owner/host maintained great communication the entire time. If you are looking for a cabin, pick this one! I promise you won't regret it.

Awesome for Romantic or Family Getaway

This was truly “The Place to Be”. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary with another couple and couldn’t of asked for a better cabin to stay in. The views are simply amazing day and night. Spent every morning and evening sitting on the deck enjoying the views. The location is perfect not too far from town but far enough to enjoy the sounds of nature without man made noise. This cabin was perfect for two couples but my wife is already talking about returning with the family which this will be perfect for our family of five. They have a kids room adjacent to the master which is keeps them close but will give us our private time. Andrew is an amazing host. Very attentive and responsive. There was an issue with a toilet one morning and within a matter of hours Andrew had a plumber out to resolve our problem to not cause interruption to our stay. Definitely “The Place to Be” and we will be back!!

My wife and I started seriously considering short term rentals in early 2022 and decided to go for it. Our first cabin (Serenity Now) in Broken Bow opened in July. We heard about Broken Bow Lake from a friend and decided to make a visit with our four kids. We loved every second of our experience. We are excited to share our cabin with you and we know you will fall in love with Broken Bow. Much like the first child, Serenity Now will always be our favorite, haha.

We visited the Smoky Mountains after hearing about the views, the hiking, and the amount of things to do in the Gatlinburg/Sevierville area. It’s hard not to fall in love with this place. The Place to Be and Baby Blue opened in October of 2022. Although very different, the qualities of each are ones we hope you will enjoy.
