About this property

First floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a location that can not be beat in the very desirable Cocoa Beach Club. Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment. The Famous Cocoa Beach Pier is next door and the largest Ron Jon store is also in walking distance. Cocoa Beach Club has one of the largest heated pools beachside, putting green and private beach entrance with outdoor showers for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The Cape Canaveral Port is a 5 min car ride with great restaurants to try while watching cruise ships come and go and the occasional dolphin jumping! Beach equipment is provided along with beach towels and in unit full size washer and dryer. We have discounts for weekly and monthly stays. Welcome Home!

Amazing stay!

Not only were we steps away from the beach and the house was beautiful but there was a fully stocked kitchen!!! We loved our whole stay

Wonderful experience

The property looked exactly like it was pictured on the site. Check in was a very simple process that was communicated through the site so we had the information. All we had to do was wait until the unit was available. It was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. There were many extras provided to make the stay comfortable, including plenty of sheets, towels, kitchen items, even beach items that were super convenient. Checkout information was laid out conveniently for us to follow as well. Location was excellent, just a few steps through the courtyard to the beach. Lots of things to do in the local area as well as short distances away. Super quick and easy to walk out the door in the morning and set ourselves up at the beach. Very pleased with our experiences with the property, the management, and the site. Will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity.
