Pool nice/ House needs lots of work

Although the pool and outdoor space was lovely, the house is quite old and needs work. Several bedrooms are separate from the main house and so the group can't stay in the same space. Only two king spaces, and one king bed is a floating bed. Okay, if you never roll over. Stairs to the "casita" can be slippery when wet and big gap under doors allows bugs, etc into the rooms. No closets or shelving for unpacking. Needed to be cleaner and showers had mold in corners. Just need some work to upgrade. Lighting on stairs is lacking & need to protect from potential slipping. Good bones, just needs updated and repairs. The pool is very nice.

Large property with a main home and two separate units with private entrances, private bathrooms, and air conditioners. The home is nestled in a well-maintained garden with an amazing sprawling pool. Five outdoor seating areas for sun and shade with nurturing breeze from the open jungle behind the estate. Many local activities. Surf Beach Playa Hermosa, a 5 minute drive, 20 minute walk from the house. Vida Asana, an internationally known yoga studio, w daily yoga just a 7-minute walk. Jaco, for all the restaurants and bars is just a 10 minute drive. Manuel Antonio is just over an hour drive south.

What makes this property unique

The main house hosts a master bedroom w a new modern king-size bed. Above the kitchen and family space is an open-air loft that has 2 single beds and a queen. Great for the kids!

Opposite the enormous outdoor patio are two casitas each with their own bathroom.
