Welcome to our Newly Renovated 2 bedroom ranch in quiet neighborhood! Enjoy your fine cooked meals with a fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast bar and kitchen table each seats four. The kitchen provides ample amount of counter space, cabinet space and comes equipped with everything you may need to prepare meals. The living room includes a large couch, loveseat and a large flat screen tv.

The master bedroom includes a King size bed (with adjustable headboard), a flat screen tv, dresser space and a walk in closet with sliding glass door leading out to lanai The en-suite master bathroom provides ample counter and cabinet space and walk in shower. The guest bedroom supplies a queen sized bed, dresser, closet space and a tv.

The spacious lanai has a table with four chairs and features an outdoor ceiling fan to give a comfortable breeze while serving beverages behind the bar and lounging on the couch!

When you're ready for a night out on the town, you'll find this home is conveniently located to The Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Squares and only 2 minutes to El Santiago Recreation Center (Family Pool)!

The Villages, FL has all the activities you could dream of. With the Guest Village Resident ID* you can have access to executive/championship golf courses. Golf in The Villages, FL is tailored to all levels of play.

Conveniently located near Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter Landing Squares.

*You will have two options to obtain a guess pass. A guest ID is free but if you want to make any type of reservation such as golf tee times you will need to purchase a Lifestyle ID. There is a $50.00 fee for 2 IDs and this is not included in the rent cost. The passes are only valid during the time of your stay. I will send additional information prior to your stay so these can be ordered and ready when you arrive.

Perfect 5 Day Stay in The Villages

I stayed 6 nights in The Villages and the time was relaxing. I loved my Vrbo and the location made it so accessible to my favorite coffee shop and grocery store. I plan to make this an annual trip, staying at the same Vrbo!

Amazing home!

The house is just beautiful!! Lisa is very easy to get in touch with and super sweet to get us set up with all we needed to enjoy our visit. The pictures don’t do the house justice! It’s soooo nice when you walk in! I hope to save the listing so that I can stay again when I’m in town!
