I did enjoy a lot my stay here! I stayed 3 weeks in a raw. The house had all I needed The living room is large with its kitchen who can welcome at least 4 people easily !!! The location is very convenient, close to places and golf courses. It is very quiet and clean. No needs to come with cafe machin or other stuff. There is everything inside ! The quality/price ration is exceptional!

My wife and I met while students at Indiana University. We married different people and raised families in CA and Indiana respectively before reuniting in retirement before raised a family in CA before retiring from Education, Aerospace and Real Estate and moving to The Villages. This Patio Villa was our first home here and we still love it. It is in the older or more traditional part of the Villages but it is well maintained, professionally cleaned every month and very close to two of the most popular Villages Town Centers. While we moved on to a 3Br home to better accommodate our out of town family visitors, we would move back to this Patio Villa in a heartbeat. That’s why you’ll find it so easy and enjoyable to spend your vacation here. We’re hands on owners and have reliable experienced handyman/tradesman backing us up. Here’s hoping we get to be your vacation hosts during your visit to The Villages!

Why they chose this property

We love the tranquil neighborhood the friendly neighbors and the great Country Clubs and restaurants close by. If you golf this is the place. If you don’t golf this is a great place for shopping, scenic walks and fun and games and workouts at the many Recreation Centers. Nightly shows and Live Bands and Entertainment are the name of the game here in The Villages. But so is quiet time on Lake Sumter sand a quiet swim before or after a meal. The neighborhoods are quiet retreats for rest and recuperation.

What makes this property unique

Our property is on a larger corner lot and is easy to get in and out of. The location is between two of the most popular Town Centers in the vast Villages community. You’ll have your own mailbox key for the neighborhood PO and a Public Post Office is also within easy reach. Activities are published in monthly magazines and guides. And anything of interest can be GPS’d or called in an instant. All Utilities and WiFi and TV and AC and Heat and water are included in the Rent. Guest ID Passes are provided allowing all of the privileges of a permanent resident. Whether you’re taking a tip to Tampa or Orlando- to Gainsville or Jacksonville- The central Florida location of The Villages makes it easy to tour and visit within an hour if no an hour and a half.
