AH-A102 Newly Remodeled, First Floor Condo, Faces Shared Pool

Newly remodeled first floor 2-bedroom 2 bath condo beautifully decorated in calming ocean hues of blues & turquoise.
The living, dining, and kitchen area is an open concept design, the living area has two leather reclining chairs, a sofa sleeper, end tables, lamps, a large TV, Wi-Fi, and cable. A Glass sliding door leads out to the patio, that faces the pool area.
The dining table has seating for two, with two additional barstools at the bar. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless-steel appliances and both a regular drip and a Keurig-style coffee maker.
BD1) is to your left of the hallway, it has a queen-sized bed, a small desk with a chair, lamps, and an end table. Down the hall to the left is a full-size bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo. BD2) is the master bedroom it has a king-size bed, nightstands, lamps, a reading chair, and a TV with Wi-Fi and cable, for your convivence the full-size ensuite bath has a tiled walk-in shower and a granite double sink.
At the end of the hallway is a laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer for your use.
This condo is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and shopping, Roberts Point Park, and the City Marina.

Awesome property and outstanding property management

One small hiccup required urgent maintenance and expedited repairs. Followed up with excellent customer service and support from entire team. Really relaxing and homey property with an awesome pool.

Everything was as shown. Nothing disappointing anywhere. We stayed in the same complex last year and we love it. You will not be disappointed in this rental, it has it all.

Very nice

The property was very spacious for 2 or 3 persons very clean. My only suggestion would be to have handicapped side walk my mother cannot do steps and entrance from parking space to door was challenging for her. Would stay again

Drier did not work, host finally sent someone the last night we were there, he cussed the entire time he fixed the drier, but he did fix it. This complex had a major sticker problem. Be careful of stickers in the master bedroom shag rug they will get you!
