Located in the north of Pacific Beach just three blocks from Law Street Beach and Crystal Pier in San Diego, California. OceanPearl is a home away from home where memories are built to cherish for a lifetime.

Known for its elegance, pearl has been used as a metaphor for things that are rare, exquisite, and priceless. In fact, it’s these attributes of pearl that prompted us to name our condo “The Ocean Pearl”.

The fully remodeled 1500sqft OceanPearl features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, able to sleep up to 7 adults. Fully remodeled beautiful naturally aged walnut flooring will put your allergies at ease and set the mood for a relaxing vacation.

OceanPearl has a full kitchen, gas BBQ, and dining area, as well as a spacious living area and private patios. The living room and 3rd-floor bedroom each have a fireplace.

OceanPearl is a rare gem with a PIANO!!! It is also located next to the Lutheran Church on Cass Street, which creates the feeling of a large outdoor space and added privacy with no direct neighbors on the west side of the building. Several Restaurants on Cass Street are 1-2 blocks away. The plethora of PB shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, banks, 4 lane bowling alley, axe throwing, and more are located on Garnet Ave, only 5 blocks south!

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, a full-size fridge, gas stove/oven, microwave, pots/pans, dishes/glasses/utensils, cooking/grilling utensils, and pantry items are available to use.

A full-size washer and dryer are located on the second floor of the condo.

High speed wireless internet is included. Beach toys for your enjoyment are stored in the garage. Parking space is located at the rear of the building. Sorry, no pets are allowed.

When you stay at OceanPearl, you can leave your worries behind. Including your car! Endless beach activities including surfing, boogie boarding, roller blading, sailing, paddle boarding, rowing, windsurfing, kite surfing, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, biking, people watching, (and if you're really adventurous...jet pack rentals in the bay!). Sprouts Grocery and countless restaurants and bars are within a short walking distance. This really is the PERFECT location for vacation.

Imagine spending the day on the beach listening to the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore, the song of the seagulls, or even surfing the day away. Then stopping for dinner at JRDN while watching the sunset. Walking back to the OceanPearl and grabbing a famous Baked Bear ice cream sandwich and finally reaching the OceanPearl to enjoy the warm summer evening from the patio with a glass of wine or an ice cold beverage. This is normal daily life at the OceanPearl! : )

The condo was very clean and well appointed. It was only blocks from Pacific Beach and conveniently located to downtown San Diego, the San Diego Zoo and Sea World. The host was awesome.

Ocean Pearl

We had a great time at Ocean Pearl. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortably. The condo is a great location, just a couple minutes walk to shops, dining, bars and the beach. Jennifer was a great host, aways quick to respond to question and quicker still with any problems. We hope to stay again next year!

Great perch for snowbirds

We came from the cold north and stayed a month. Very quiet location two blocks to beach and near lots of dining options. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, and host Jenn was super responsive to our few questions. As retirees we had wondered about the spiral staircase, but it was not a problem and kept us fit. :) Everything was as pictured and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. Off street parking was especially nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Amazing location. Ok accommodations

Pacific Beach and the location of this property made our stay truly memorable. Walking to the beach and to downtown PB and all the stores and fantastic eateries in the area were great. When we return to San Diego, this is the area we'd love to be....but, I'm don't foresee us staying at this specific accommodation again. The unit itself left a lot to be desired and it was overpriced (although it was even claimed to be reduced) for how it is furnished for month long stays. The kitchen equipment was not in good shape, not clean (we had to re-run a wash for everything when we got there) and very limited, making it unwelcome to cook at home. The downstairs living is uncomfortable. Period. I couldn't sit and watch a full playoff game down there and resorted to watching on my laptop in bed (see below). The couch is a futon that was less comfortable than the one I had freshman year of college. Please update the furniture. Some of the other living chairs were partially broken. The natural light is not good if that's important to you... it is to me and some of the photos are deceiving if this is a priority. 2 of 3 bedrooms are well lit, but the beds are so uncomfortable. A few other minor issues that just made this place a bit too underwhelming. It's difficult to throw shade on a place when the hosts were very lovely and incredibly responsive, but until the owner decides to update the furniture and kitchen, I would consider other listings in the area.

We are managing our friend's condo and live 1 block from OceanPearl. We can be of assistance any time needed. Sharing happiness is good karma.

Why they chose this property

Pacific Beach is the best beach neighborhood. It is less expensive and more dynamic than La Jolla and much more fun and beautiful than Mission Beach. It is centrally located and very close to Sail Bay, so close that we include it in our daily evening walk. PB is very vibrant, with endless restaurants and bar and a stimulant night life. All the main San Diego attractions are within short distance, and there is always something interesting to do for every age group.

What makes this property unique

When you stay at the OceanPearl, you can forget about driving. Beach, bay, boardwalk, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, shopping, drugstores, are all within steps from the property. You can also enjoy public transportation or the Uber and Lyft services that covers the area.
