On The Beach in beautiful Sand Key, gorgeous views of BOTH the Gulf of Mexico and the Inter-coastal, from this renovated 6th floor unit, 1619 sq ft.Condo. Originally a 3bedrm unit(wall removed to make a spacious family room), 2 full bathrooms(one with a shower and one with a walk in tub / jaccuzi / shower).Parking under the building near building entrance. Beautifully renovated. New hurricane/high impact windows/2020 throughout the whole condo, both bathrooms & kitchen updated.Kitchen: Granite countertops/cabinets/sink, stainless steel White GE Appliances.Ceiling fans, freshly painted, new flooring, washer/dryer.
About 35-40 minutes to the Tampa airport. Close to restaurants, shopping and entertaining. Excellent Winter in Florida
