There is a balcony restoration project ongoing at this property that will restrict access to the balcony until further notice. Views may also be partially obstructed due to exterior boards placed on the lower half of the balcony doors. Work may be done at the property at any time Monday thru Friday between 8am-4pm.The hot tub is closed for the time being and the pool will be closed starting 5/28/24 and will remain closed for approximately 4-5 weeks. Balcony restoration project completion date is estimated to be the end of 2024.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home is located directly on the beachfront of Sand Key Beach, which is just a ½ mile south of the famous Clearwater Beach.
